My review is about my whole salon experience including reception and Summer who washed my hair. Everyone seemed to be happy, relaxed and wanting to pass those positive feelings to customers. I was happy with every aspect of my experience. It was the first time I’ve ever been able to choose my colour. It was the cleanest my hairline has been immediately after a colour.

I have been a client at Saks for many years. I have come to expect excellent service and results and am never disappointed. John, my stylist, is an expert in his field. He always cuts my hair well, enabling me to style it easily myself at home. His vast experience in cutting and colour is obvious.
Saks salon is unfailingly welcoming. All the staff are friendly and do all jobs willingly and with a smile. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, yet it is clear this is only achieved through hard work and attention to detail. Things don’t run so smoothly without a team effort and Saks achieve this perfectly. The little extras like complimentary drinks and a good supply of quality magazines to read, together with an excellent hair wash, head massage, haircut and colour, make the whole experience a pleasure. Great job Saks!

Always a first class experience at Saks Skipton with my stylist Claire. I drive fifty minutes to visit this lady & salon as she is so good! but all the team are excellent too. The head massages are fabulous. It’s a lovely welcoming salon with strong emphasis on client satisfaction and customer care. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Excellent as ever!

Megan always is a pleasant & friendly young woman & takes pride in her work. She’s professional & courteous & works to a high standard. My hair always looks great when I leave & the colour is spot on. On my last visit I was a bit disappointed by the young lady who washed my hair. I found her lacking in customer service skills & self confidence. Maybe it’s because of her age & lack of experience, however I wouldn’t put her into the public domain until she is more customer savvy & aware of how to react to a customer’s request.

Great hair cut, friendly team and good experience all round

After I mixed up my times today with Claire, Gabby squeezed me in to her busy schedule. Both Claire & Gabby have done marvellous jobs with my hair and I would be very happy to recommend them both. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and they could not make me feel any more welcome.

Such a talented colourist and stylist…. for this reason I have been using Claire for years. I always come away with beautiful, shiny looking hair, she just knows how to do my thick hair. Claire goes out of her way each and every time and always makes me feel relaxed.

Super happy with the results as always. All such lovely friendly staff. Claire went above and beyond providing me with a list of my colour so I can have my hair done whilst on my travels.

My visit today was welcoming, lots of Christmas cheer/decorations with lovely choccies in reception and festive drinks (non alcoholic). To choose from if you so wished altogether an enjoyable experience. .

Been going to Jodie a few months now and really love how she does my hair,
she is very happy and friendly and helps you to feel relaxed. Sans salon has a lovely attitude and all staff are friendly with a great relationship between staff. Definitely wouldn’t use anyone else now I have found Jodie.

I want to also give credit to Summer! This young lady is my absolute favourite when it comes to washing my hair! She gives the best head massage! I really enjoy our chats and she is so lovely and helpful - you really brighten my day x
