As a young hair stylist, setting out in life, Alex is very competent. Her listening skills are good, thus you get what you ask for. I had a colour and blow dry and both were excellent. Yes, i would definitely recommend Alex.

This was my first visit to Saks, but it definitely won't be my last. From entering the salon & until leaving, the staff, were amazing. They were attentive, offering drinks, hanging up mine & friend's coat. They made me feel so welcome. I have to say a very big thank you, to Alex, she was wonderful, I've never really had a stylist who has listened to what I was saying .. Alex, not only listened, but, she offered advice as to how the style & she talked me through each stage as she was cutting it.. I have never been happier with my hair & despite living over an hour away, this will now be my regular salon & I will be seeing Alex on a regular basis. Having just had my tapes put back in after a break & on consultation I asked if the price was the same as before & my stylist seemed reassuring it was, when it came to payment, I thought it was quite a lot, then to find out I’m paying almost £30 more for ,than previously, I just feel disappointed , I enjoy going to this stylist, she’s lovely, though my initial reason for going to Saks was my previous hairdresser was charging me way too much, which means I will now have to look out for a more affordable hairdresser.

Great help and service from when we first popped in for some advice with Mallie’s hair, to the appointment and beautiful results. Mallie was a bit nervous but the hair stylist made her feel really comfortable and relaxed.
