It was four year old Ozzy's first appointment with Lloyd and he said he didn't want his hair cutting. Lloyd was brilliant with him and he will now return without a fuss when his hair needs anther trim. A biscuit from one of the recptionists brought a big smile to his face before his appointment with Lloyd.

Lovely stylist. Did exactly what I asked. Made me feel really relaxed. Would have been nice if the young man who showed me to my chair could have helped fasten my gown and take my jacket instead of just putting it on me and walking away? Wouldn't stop me coming back, but just a bit of customer service feedback!

Erin has done a lovely job of my daughter’s hair. It looks great, really healthy and soft shaping around her face. Erin is always so friendly, welcoming and kind and I’ve already been asked if I’ve booked the next appointment! I think the hot chocolate and marshmallows helped too ;)
