Stylist ruined my hair. Instead of rose gold and blonde highlights he put massive lumps of uneven bright pink it, smirked and thought it looked great. The manager has tried to fix it but I'm now ginger, it looks worse than before I went in. They breach the consumer trading act as they won't give refunds

Today was the first time that I had booked with Sophia, although not the first time at Saks. Having a new stylist there's always a sense of worry that they will be able to achieve what you want but those worries soon disappeared as soon as I walked into the Salon. Sophia was friendly and bubbly and put me at ease instantly. She listened to the look I wanted to achieve, as well as give advice on what was practical and what she felt would look good. She was extremely confident that she could do the look I wanted, making the cut practical, and achievable at home which is what I wanted, as I have extremely thick, frizzy curly hair that at other salons has looked great when it's being professionally styled and at home it's looked nothing like the cut I wanted.
Sophia explained every step that she was doing and constantly checked to make sure I was happy... which I am.
Fantastic visit and will be definitely coming back as I love how all the staff are so friendly not only to customers, but also each other which made it a relaxing experience and a real treat!.

My son came for his hair cut and styled with Lloyd today. He has been to the salon before but it was the first time we had used Lloyd.
My son was very apprehensive before his visit as he is Autistic and finds the salon environment at times overwhelming. I couldn't have asked for a better experience if him. We had brought a picture to help explain what my son wanted as his hair us naturally curly and quite unruly. Lloyd listened and was confident in explaining what he was going to do to achieve the look my son wanted. He recreated the look perfectly and talked me through how to achieve the look at home to maintain the look. My son loves the haircut and we will definitely be booking in with Lloyd again!.
