Sophia did a great job with the colour - I felt that she listened carefully to what I wanted and offered suggestions of how to make the best of my ideas - it worked and I love the colour. This was the first time I had Erin cut and style my hair after Laura left. It is always difficult to change once settled with someone, but Erin was lovely. She gave me plenty of time to talk about what styles I liked and gave me some ideas too. She took a lot of care over the cut and I was very happy with the results!

I have wanted to have my hair an ashy grey tone for years and years with highlights and no one was able to do it, but today Sophia gave me the most amazing colour! The colour I have wanted for so so long and I’m obsessed! I’m so grateful to her and everything she did she made me feel amazing! Yet again another amazing hair style . Listened to what I would like colour wise and delivered . Plenty of advise on hair care . Last time I got K18 treatment , a little pricey but well worth it , liked it so much I have bought some online , leaves your hair in amazing condition for weeks , bearing in mind I am on the older side and my hair is thinning . Lloyd did the perfect colour with the perfect cut , wedding ready for next week . Also all staff are very friendly and helpful, that's why I travel from Yarm to Northallerton everytime . Well done All .
