Very pleasant. Listened to what I said and suggested a style. Checked with me about the choice I made.
After having blonde highlights in my hair for 13 years I decided to just bite the bullet and go dark. Sophia explained absolutely everything to me, set my expectations about it fading due to the build up of blonde. I wasn’t the easiest explaining the colour I wanted for my hair, however Sophia done amazing, the colour match I wanted and what I ended up with was unbelievable. Total transformation think I’ve found my forever hairdresser. Very precise and perfectionist.

I always enjoy getting my hair done at Saks salon at Northallerton. Katie is an expert hair cutter and her backup stuff are excellent. The salon is undergoing some refurbishment but in the long term there will be additional disabled toilet access
