I visited Sophia for a toner after having a bleached balayage done elsewhere, which had left my hair looking ashy, stripy, and poorly blended with my natural colour. Sophia completely transformed it. She chose the perfect shade, blended everything beautifully, and my hair now looks smooth, seamless, and exactly how it should have looked in the first place.

Lloyd always cuts my hair , I am an older lady and always get a pixie cut . I have been dying my hair ginger myself for a couple of years now and noticed extremely dry hair and some thinning . I have recently been growing it for an upcoming wedding . Lloyd looked at my hair condition , talked me through the process of getting it back in a healthy state by using K18 mask , he also coloured my hair ginger and a strawberry blonde and he got it spot on followed by an alround trim and an exceptional blow dry . Fast efficient service but rushed at the end. Cut felt unfinished as next client here and so left without the full cut requested, not given chance to look at the cut from the back and check layering put in which wasnt to expectation unfort. Fringe amazing however thanks just no layering around face so cut and finish didnt suit my face unfort.
Erin did a great job with my hair - she offered some very welcome suggestions as to how I could get the style I hoped for!

First time here. Alice listened to what I wanted, suggested a few more things, then made my unruly hair look more fabulous than it has done in years. And apprentice Emily was fabulous, too. Brilliant. :-)
