Booked a haircut as a treat for my 85 year old mum. Sophia was amazing she not only transformed my mums hair and made her look great but also really looked after her and made her day.
Superb! Listened to exactly what I wanted, didn’t rush (even though it took way longer than anticipated) colour fabulous, layered just as I want. A little shorter than I would have liked but it grows fast so not bothered about that but has restyled it perfectly. Thankyou.

A brilliant haircut as always
Erin did a fantastic job her colouring technique is very professional and Erin is very good at blending ones own grey hair for s very contemporary finish look forward to my next visit.
Always a lovely experience. I have long hair and Katie always takes great care in cutting and styling my hair from the consultation to finish. A real pamper for my hair and a fantastic blow dry and curl. The Kerastase products and treatments are amazing for improving lasting condition too.
Katie was as friendly and professional as always. She is a great cutter and colourist.

Last minute appt today with Lloyd. Haven’t been to Saks for years, I had had enough of my hair. I took a picture in that I wanted a total restyle of my hair. Lloyds here here attention to detail is absolutely incredible, listened to his client, gave his full attention to me and did the most remarkable job. Thank you so much.
