Maddison was lovely as had a mishap with ma hair she helped me sort out a style for ma hair and saved me from having to have it all cut off. I got advice on how to colour as well which was well appreciated

***** was unfortunately distracted by having to answer several calls at reception which was annoying as other staff were concentrating on their client. My wash and head massage wasn't particularly good either, half hearted. I expected a little more service for the cost, £57.

Amy listened to my concerns and gave me honest good advice when I was unsure of how to proceed re half head of highlights or a cut. I decided to have the cut, and she did two colour strand tests to take home to help me make up my mind. Whatever I do I will definitely use Toni and Guy Norwich in the future and recommend to family and friends. I think the service I received was friendly, honest, outstanding, and I am very happy with my haircut. Thank you Amy!

Myself, my 5 year old grandson and also my husband all descend on Woody on the same day, one after the other. My hair now looks the best it has for years, after a dramatic style change, my grandson, who has incredibly thick glorious hair which is kept quite long, has no problem having his hair cut by Woody, as Woody is absolutely fantastic with him, and so patient. My husband also loves his hair now. Woody has been cutting all of our hair for about 2 years now, after I changed from my usual Toni and Guy branch in Kensington. And a wise move it was I feel, as never been happier with my hair. Well done that man!! Thank you, highly recommended.

Unfortunately i dont remember the name of my hairdresser. She had blond half long hair and a piercing in her nose. She was absolutely amazing! She did exactly the haircut that I wanted ! The entire staff of this salon is very friendly and helpful! I will recomment it to everyone ;)

I arrived at the Salon , my hair stylist was busy with another customer. He saw me come in and greeted me . No one was at the reception desk so I put my stuff and jacket in the cupboard and put on the salon protective gown myself . Sat down and waited . Still no one was at reception to greet me . Anyway , when Emmanuel finished with his client he came over to me and asked one of the ladies to attend to me . After that , I have been served well . My hair was cut and styled to great satisfaction. Emmanuel has been my hairdresser for 20 years now . He has been brilliant! And still is .
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we can only apologise you were not greeted upon entering our salon, you are absolutely correct that we are now under new management, as you may not be aware we have increased our salon opening times by over 20 hours a week, 7 days a week, therefore our staff are having extensive training in all areas, please bear with us whilst this is happening. Fresh Flowers are delivered weekly - however with hairdryers/aircon etc we are slowly learning which flowers are best for display, the flowers displayed before were artificial, so we have put our personal touch to the salon.
