I went into Norwich for a prebooked appointment at another hairdresser this morning, they let me down. The staff at Toni and Guy, warmly welcomed me without needing an appointment. They saved the day for me, first class service, great hospitality, and a wonderful, professional cut and colour, I warmly recommend them. I made an on-line appointment in the middle of the night, last night, after having a rubbish week at work and feeling like I looked like a yeti. It's an absolute joy to visit the salon where all staff, without exception, are friendly, courteous and attentive. The salon is extremely well run and management has created a stress free, calm and relaxed environment where customers can forget about the stresses and strains of life for an hour or two....blissful.
Sam manages an excellent team and does it extremely well . I've had my hair cut at different times by Sam, Emanuel and Woody , all of whom are highly skilled stylists who listen to what the client wants , as well as offering helpful suggestions 're hair management.
