Would highly recommend this salon. I am always apprehensive when going to a new salon. No need here. Sams first greeting was very professional and reassuring. kaitlyn was my stylist and took the time to listen to what i was looking for. She done a fantastic job with my colour and style. Ellie was my daughters stylist . Fantastic Cut and blow dry. Both very friendly and profesional . A overall High standard you would expect from Toni and Guy .

I had Paul dye my hair, and Mariana cut it. Both were brilliant. Never been so pleased with a haircut experience - I had decided to go for a more interesting colour (red/copper) and Paul was excellent. Marianna also gave my hair brilliant shaping with layers that have added volume. All staff are lovely and kind.

Usually use T&G in Bury St Edmonda, first time in Norwich and certainly won't be going back. Not a good first impression - the chap who greeted me absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. He then looked like a rabbit caught in headlights when I said I had an appointment with Sam, who, it transpired was double-booked and had just started with another client - explanation was put down to a system error.
I was offered to book again, or for someone else to see me - I opted for the latter.
Having been shown to a chair, I was left there for 15 mins when a young lady brought a gown, and then went away!!!
After another 15 mins of no attention from anyone, I went back to the reception desk, handed back my gown to the first chap I saw who was completely shocked.
My whole day was arranged around my hair appointment and was completely ruined.
Luckily I was able to book an appointment at T&G Bury St Edmunds for the following day, which was a totally different experience, resulting in a wonderful hair cut.
I certainly will NEVER return to T&G in Norwich.

Went in for transformation, long hair to short..had Sam amazing man done my hair exactly how I asked for it, easy to talk to and made me feel at ease...the other staff were great as well

From the minute I walked in the salon I had a fantastic experience the salon was spotlessly clean social distancing in place Paul done my hair from start to finish listening to what I wanted but also advising and the end result was fantastic the chat and atmosphere was second to none. First time in the Norwich salon and Paul done my hair from start to finish and I’m blown away from the minute I sat in the seat until I left the experience was amazing, the chat was good and funny Paul listened to what I was wanting but also providing his knowledge and the result was the most beautiful colour I’ve seen. I asked ***** for long light layers I got basically shelf layers 5 inches shorter than the main length of hair and they look terrible when not styled to hide them.

I felt safe and looked after. Such a joy to get my hair done after months of lockdown.

So happy to have found such a great salon. Very talented staff and relaxed atmosphere. Great service - highly recommend.

Never disappointed with the fantastic results both Paul and Sam deliver! Along with a fantastic experience even in these testing times. Made to feel safe with their outstanding COVID measures in the salon and great atmosphere. Always made to feel extremely comfortable and welcome.

There was a good atmosphere in the salon and they were attentive with drinks and looked after you well. Paul and all the other stylists were friendly and really nice to chat with. Would highly recommend!

Came here to get a cut & colour as my hair was damaged and needed a change. Really lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Salon as a whole was clean and tidy and had measures in place to follow COVID-19 guidelines. Overall really pleased with my hair, will definitely come again and highly recommend!

Great experience. Alex was very friendly and easy to chat to making it a pleasant experience even during Covid times. I am really pleased with the hair cut. Salon was following all the guidelines and it felt safe from Covid risks. Easy booking experience online and great to get a Sunday appointment.

This is my second visit since lock down and I am very pleased with my hair style and colour. As always it was a very relaxing and enjoyable visit. I can’t recommend Sam enough. My hair style has changed dramatically in the last 6 months and from short and choppy to elegant graduated bob he has made me feel fantastic. Thank you.

I had a lovely time at Toni and Guy, Norwich today. After nine weeks since my last visit, I was met with friendly staff who were interested in providing me with highlights and a hair style suitable to me. I was included in the decision making and asked if I was happy with the completed style. I had highlights and hairstyle from professional staff. Even the offer of a drink, washed hair and a head massage. All completed under the new safety guidelines.

I find the Sam welcoming,well mannered and very personable.
The salon feels comfortable and has a relaxing atmosphere.
