So relaxing a great way to start the New Year!

First time I had nail extensions done,but not by my usual girl Hayley,as she was off sick....never again as had to go back 3 times,as extensions kept breaking off after 3days of having them done.Really dissapointed with appointments being changed,in the end had extensions soaked off and just had gel colour applied.I was going to be charged 30pds,but had accumulated 10pds in points so I paid 20pds.....The extensions had already cost me 45pds.

Excellent as per usual. I went in on crutches today, all the girls were super helpful and accommodating.

I was really impressed with the gel nails I had, they were perfect. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely be going back.

I absolutely love Charisma, all the team there are so so lovely and I'm always amazed by their incredible nail colour selection. By far the best nail salon in the city and I'm so pleased to have found them over a year ago!

Absolutely amazing service! I had my nails done by Courtney and she made me feel welcome from the start. Offered me a drink and helped me pick out colours/designs which was great as there were so many to choose from! Nails were done very neatly and I didn't feel like they were just being rushed to get the next client in. All the other staff were also really friendly and made the atmosphere great. The salon itself was clean and tools are cleaned etc which unfortunately isnt the case everywhere. I'll definitely be returning!
