Been coming to charisma for about 3 years now all the girls are so friendly and know their stuff, specially nadine she even helped me pick out one of the new Orly hand/body cream which smells amazing!

Has massage yesterday using advent voucher. 45 mins of bliss. Very relaxing, sorted out lower back issues too. Had few massages at charisma, never been disappointed.

This is the first time I have been to charisma and booked to have gel nails and a luxury pedicure done for my holiday. They were offering 50% off for new customers so this was the main reason I booked, but I would recommend anyone else to book with them even without the voucher, as the staff are amazing,friendly and professional, the shop is very relaxing and the treatments are the best I have experienced.
I am definitely going to be booking again with either Kellie or leanne, as these were the staff that were about whilst having my treatments done, both were very easy going and friendly.
The treatments were very thorough and I also got given a choice of products used, which all smelt amazing and were high quality. There is a huge array of colours to choose from in the gel and normal Polish and also matching colours in both polishes, which was great for me as I wanted the same colour on both my toes and nails but was having gel on my fingers and normal on my toes.

I originally had a groupon voucher, I've had many beauty therapists for waxing and not always been happy with the treatment as I have high expectations. The therapist Leanne was able to meet my high expectations. I felt very at ease with her from the first meeting. She is very professional yet friendly and listens. I've been to see her twice now and I've booked my next appointment, this will continue into the future as I've finally found a good therapist. Some Other saloons have been cheaper but not as good Quality.

Leanne was very great she explained what she was doing but there was no pressure to respond. It was very relaxing and the products felt lovely. She explained what she had used and the benefits. I loved that there was no pressure to buy. Had a great morning facial and my skin is glowing. Thanks

My friend and I booked appointment to have our nails done at Charisma yesturday, it was my first time at the salon and I had Kellie as my therapist. She was absolutely lovely, very friendly and chatty, as was the therapist doing my friends nails. It's the nicest, friendliest salon I've ever been too, will definetly be returning :)

We had a lovely time getting our nails done at Charisma. Lovely staff, beautiful choice of colours and relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be going back. I was drawn in by the new customers offer and it's worked because I wouldn't think of going anywhere else now. ????

One of the best massages I have had, pressure was just right for me. I went in with my usual stiff sore back and came out with a pain free and lose. Wish it could of gone on forever - will certainly be going back and will take my other half as a treat too. The only thing that let it down were the cardboard thin walls through which I could hear the entire conversation of the man next door having his massage - so it lacked a bit on a relaxing atmosphere.

Very pleased with my nails, kellie was fantastic, helpful, chatty and excellent service. A real pleasure and treat at your salon.

I have used charisma for a couple of years now. I feel more comfortable there than any other salon I have visited. The new on line booking option is an added bonus, as it's not always feasible to telephone in business hours. They have great monthly money saver offers too!

I love Charisma, always such a relaxing experience. Consultation and communication is great. There is never a negative vibe in the salon I always feel very welcomed and comfortable when I visit. Everyone is friendly and chatty. I see Kellie who is amazing she always does exactly what I want, she really does a good consultation with me and gives me great aftercare advice. A wonderful and relaxing experience. Starting with a manicure - perfect, followed by a foot scrub and massage which made my feet feel so good and finished with eyebrow shape. I've been going to Charisma for nearly 5 years. All the staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. I regularly have a back massage and I couldn't do without it. I've had lots of massages all over the world and they are never as good as here. I highly recommend everyone to give them a try. All the treatments I've had over the years are lovely and the products for sale are excellent too.

Lovely salon with really friendly staff. I had a lovely deep cleansing facial which afterwards my skin looked amazing. They were very knowledgable about the products being used.

This is my 3rd visit to this Salon with Kelly giving a superb massage. This time it was a hot stone massage. I've had quite a few massages in various places but can honestly say that Kelly at Charisma is the best I have ever had. The salon is friendly and welcoming and adjacent to Castle Mall so very convenient. Look out for their special offers!
