Had my Divine warming glow facial today, leanne was very caring was a treat to be pampered and massaged so relaxing. All at saloon are very warm and friendly would recommend any treatment.

I was really nervous as I went for a Hollywood wax and I’m rubbish with pain. However, it was honestly the best wax I’ve had. My girl was great at distracting me with lots of friendly chat. Overall I had a really good experience and was made to feel very relax and comfortable.

Just enjoyed a relaxing pedicure with Steph in a relaxing environment, great job feet are lovely and smooth definitely recommend.

I am a regular customer at Charisma, for good reason. The quality of service and professionalism of the entire team is second to none, and each and every client is made to feel special and unhurried, no matter how busy the salon. Lottie gave me a beautifully finished gel manicure which will last three weeks easily. I left the salon a very happy customer, with several more appointments booked, of course!

All the staff where very friendly and attentive ! The young lady can’t remember her name think it was Polly was great ! It was quick and painless ! Definitely going back ! This will now be my place to go for all my papering !

I decided to have the anti ageing eye treatment which was on a offer last month, the treatment is more than just an eye treatment, your whole face has a facial, it’s a very relaxing treatment and I saw instant results, because I was so impressed I booked myself a course of the treatment. I cannot fault the salon atmosphere, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Would highly recommend this treatment to anyone who’s is starting to see fine lines or the signs of ageing around their eyes :)

However my most recent experience really takes the biscuit and tops them all. I booked a prescriptive facial, and it was just a dream from start to finish. The lovely Ruth took me through the whole procedure, Informing me at every step what she was doing, and what the results would be, and I have to say that the end results were absolutely outstanding. My skin is soft, pump, and refreshed, and the whole experience left me so relaxed I left the salon yawning. I can Veralee recommend the facials at Charisma, and I will most certainly be returning as soon as I can squeeze one into their busy schedule, because this was informing me at every step what she was doing, and what the results would be, and I have to say that the end results were absolutely outstanding. My skin was soft, plump, and refreshed, and the whole experience left me so relaxed that I left the salon yawning.
