All the staff are friendly and helpful answering any questions and giving information.
The salon has a relaxing atmosphere.
I will be returning for future treatments and definitely recommend

Sorry cant remember who cut my daughter Nicole's hair but she is very happy with it and insists that she wants to stick with the same hairdresser. She can be quite shy and awkward and was happy with the interaction that was given. Small talk and a few questions was good for her she said. Thank you guys. And apologies for the late review

First time I went for a massage and couldn’t be happier with it, definitely booking again with Soraia, she made me feel so comfortable and did an amazing job.

Even though having my stomach waxed was agonising but very quick pain, being male and having thick hair I must add, the whole experience was amazing, booked another appointment for 5 weeks time, extremely friendly and professional staff, would recommend this place to anyone!

And unfortunately I can't give this place more than 5 stars.

I'm under 18 and my mum has already gone in with my the previous time to sign paperwork and to say I'm able to have this that and the other done.when walking in , admittedly 10 mins late due to terrible traffic I was told my mum had to be with me but we were under the impression this paper that was signed meant different,the lady at the desk (don't know her name) said it was due to them also having an alcohol license which doesn't make sense to me or my mum, just don't serve me the alcohol right ? I'm just wanting a simple wash cut and blow-dry for back to school.I question the lady as to what the point in the paperwork was if it didn't mean what me and my mum originally thought then she proceeded to "dumb it down" to me in reference to a pub. This made me absolutely fuming her assuming cause of my age all a sudden I'm some idiot,this wouldent have happend if an adult was asking the same questions,you could tell in her face she was fed up.I wasn't making a scene or raising my voice or anything just simply asking questions.Me and my mum both work and I start school again next week so it's incredibly hard to rearrange a date and time when we are both available when they also have availability at the salon.Very disappointed as usual they are very good.

My visit today including a session in the ladies only gym followed by a sunbed, as always the staff are super friendly and the salon is very clean

I had French braids done with my natural hair. She looked after me and made sure she did a perfect job. Really happy with it.
I had my lashes done by Julie and she too looked after me made sure I was comfortable and I love them. I wish I could use it as my local salon. So friendly and welcoming

I'm so happy with my brows. Amy took the time to listen to what I wanted and rather than going full on to begin with, showed me them in between each layer of treatment to make sure I was happy with them. I love them!

As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by all the friendly staff , offered drinks and was given all the information clearly before Starting treatments. Our wishes were consider and taken into account and they were able to go with this without a problem. All treats were absolutely incredible and off the highest quality. Julie really made me feel at ease , relaxed & laugh. I will be returning and recommending to anyone.

I use here for my tanning, this is the best place I’ve ever been too and would highly recommend to anyone. The staff are so friendly and the rooms are massive compared to anywhere else very impressed

Kriz done semi permanent lashes on me today, after a disastrous experience in other beauty saloons Kriz has made me look look my old self, they are amazing and I love them, I am so happy I keep looking at them, I will continue to use this place forever

Love my eyebrows they are very thin but Soraia makes them look fuller have wax and tint and they look so much better
