I’ve been many times for sunbeds, but this was my first “beauty” session. I’ve always found all the staff incredibly helpful, polite, friendly and professional, today was no exception!
Norma was great, talked me through the procedures, asked questions as to what I wanted, and asked if I was happy with the final results. I also snuck in a consult with Caroline and a chat with Shan about other procedures while I was there.
Everyone is brilliant, and I can’t rate them highly enough. (I also love the music they play!!)

Norma was really friendly and understanding and removed the skin tag on the point of my elbow the same day I enquired. I agreed to have the procedure without numbing so that this could happen today. Not as painful as I thought it would be. Very grateful it's gone! Thanks Norma

I was early for my appointment Julie offered to do my treatment right away. Since kriz has been in maternity who I’d only feel comfortable doing my eyebrows I’ve had Shan & Julie both do them I’m so pleased and would recommend. I’ve used the salon for a few years now and whatever treatment/sunbed I’ve had I can’t fault the service or cleanliness of the the salon. Nothing is never to much for any member of the staff I’ve dealt with all go above and beyond, always smiling. Keep doing your amazing work.
