Just wanted to say hoe brilliant Lucy was when faced with me asking advice on a hair cut before starting treatment at hospital that may make me lose my hair. She was very kind made suggestions about what would make hair look thicker and products that may help.
my hair looked great and gave me a real boost.

Her attention to detail and knowledge is incredible, and the end result… WOW! I feel confident, refreshed and completely in love with my hair.

The whole experience was so warm and relaxing — Jade is not only talented but also such a lovely person to be around. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and her work.

Went in looking like I’d been dragged through a hedge backwards and came out feeling like I should be in a shampoo advert. Naomi always delivers an amazing job, and I had the best shampooist today! The whole team are friendly, professional, and genuinely make you feel looked after. Left the salon relaxed, refreshed, and absolutely loving my hair. Would definitely recommend!!!

This was my first visit to Crackers and Chaps, it has been about 18 months since my last hair cut. Laurel made me feel extremely welcome in the salon, lovely hair wash, provided advice on how much to cut off to help strengthen my hair and ensure my hair was feeling lovely afterwards.

I have had Donna as my stylist for more years than I care to remember. I would never trust anyone else with my hair.

The stylist was very friendly and professional, asking lots of questions about what I would like. As a result, my cut and blow dry was exactly what I’d asked for. She was very easy to chat to throughout and I will definitely come back again.

Booked a very last minute wash, cut & blow dry whilst I was in the area. Lucy was great, efficient & achieved my desired trim that was very much needed! She styled my hair lovely & I appreciated the appointment. My hair felt very healthy & looked glossy leaving the salon. Very happy customer!

Gave my little girl a big chop, she was so caring and gave Primrose so much attention and made her feel so comfortable, the cut was stunning I was so impressed. She’s had so many comments about her new hair cut.
