The experience was as it was at all great

I have been going to Tranquility for a little while on and off I always get met with a very friendly welcome. They cannot do enough for you. You have an endless pot of coffee or tea or cold drinks. You are offered magazines, a good conversation you were also treated in a very pampered way. When your hair is being washed you get a mini head massage and a hot towel wrap at no extra charge. The staff are all very professional and very kind. I really enjoyed going there for the full salon experience, my hair always comes out, feeling amazing as they use good quality products. I really am grateful to the staff there they take time to listen to what you want and what do you need giving you professional advice along the way- thank you from Linda Bennett

First visit to salon so a bit nervous as I’m a blind lady. Could not have been made more welcome. The staff are lovely.

I can't believe I found this salon. I visit Liverpool frequently, often with my granddaughter. We like a little pamper, so often go for blow dry's.
I had booked with another salon but they had to cancel my appointment. I had to find another salon but not just any as my granddaughter and I also needed good cuts.
I took to Google to check out reviews, Tranquil where looking good.
On arrival we where welcomed by Louise, who introduced us to Rachel who was going to be our stylist.
Louise then said she had done our hair in the past, when they where situated in St John's. I was so pleased I had actually found them again.
They gave my granddaughter her first professional blow dry.
We both had cuts, hair treatments and blow drys. My granddaughter also had braids. (Thank you Rachel for being so patient) It looked amazing. We where both very pleased with our finished looks.
I am so glad I found you guys again and we will definitely be returning at each visit.

Booked last minute never visited this salon before but glad I did. Gorgeous curly blow with a smooth finish and a head massage with the hair wash too. Friendly stylist and lovely cup of coffee made to enjoy. Will definitely book in again.

I trusted the hairdressers advise about my hair but with no pressure to purchase anything which I appreciated !!! Very open & airy space which I loved looking forward to my next visit

From start to finish I was well looked after, was seen quickly after being offered a cuppa, my stylest Barbara sat me down and went through style with me, then she washed my hair and did a deep conditioning treatment which was heaven. My hair was then cut, with Barbara being really chatty and friendly throughout and it looked amazing when she had blow dried it at the end. Will definitely come back

I went in yest with a long length of over dry mess got looked after a lovely friendly young man can't remember his name , he done 2 differant colours in my hair ,washed and cut to my shoulders absolutely love it ,offered refreshments and PRESSECO wow ,really felt looked after, all the staff are lovely would recommend to any one 10/10.

I've been going here for at least 6yrs or so (when they were first based in St John's as Top Cuts).
I had my latest appointment today, and Louise as always cut my hair with true professionism. A shout out to Zoe aswell, who is the same when she does my hair. They always give great advice too, if I have any questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else. A lovely salon where you can take time out to relax.

As always it was a pleasure getting my hair done by Zoe who always makes me feel at ease an comfortable as I struggle with anxiety

Been going to tranquil hair salon in Liverpool for a few years now , always met with a smile when I go in , also given a nice cuppa and a biscuit . Service is excellent and hair looks fab every time I go . Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Big thank you to Louise and the team .

I got a haircut from St.john salon don't want to name but I paid a lot of money but a person but my hair he did a horrible cut I ever can imagine. 100 layers and all irregular... I run towards the salonspy and the person tries her level best to give a shape to cut....I am not very happy but I know it will get better once my hair grows again.

As always another fantastic colour & haircut from the fabulous Zoe Martin. She’s been doing my hair 10yrs now and I wouldn’t let anyone else near it. Thank you so much Zoe!! ???
