Massive thank you to Louise for my blow dry this morning. I have very curly hair and asked for it to be blown straight. Louise did a great job.

I have been to the salon on a good couple of occasions and now I have found the Best and Zoe is my hairdresser. All Staff are polite and attentive.

Elsa did a lovely blow dry for me and Rachel shampooed my hair this is the nicest salon. Nothing is too much h trouble and it’s really reasonable for a city centre salon.

I had a curly blow dry done at the salon to attend my friend’s wedding and was told “we’ll use our extra hold hairspray so this lasts all day for you”, unfortunately this wasn’t the case. I left the salon and my hair looked amazing but by the time I got home an hour later my hair was almost completely straight again, 3 hours after leaving the salon there was no evidence of a curly blow dry left and I had to then re-do my hair myself so a total waste of time and money in the end. Cannot fault the customer service, the staff were all very lovely and it was an enjoyable experience but obviously left a bitter taste in my mouth that I wasted the money.

I just love this salon the staff are amazing and inside is clean and beautiful it's the best ave ever been to I will always go back to it ,the staff always treat you like a queen always making sure you are very comfortable I've been going for sometime now and I've never been disappointed it's a 5 star ⭐ from me x

Fabulous cut as ever!

I've had the best neck, shoulder and back massage ever, today at Tranquil. Shirley was so friendly and warm. Felt totally at ease and the massage was fantastic! Feel like a new woman. She also gave me some advice about exercises to do to help me realax my muscles while in work. Thank you Shirley.

Had my hair coloured, shampooed and blow/dryed by Zoe. She put a treatment on my hair after the shampoo so it felt lovely and soft. The blow dry was lovely and always lasts too.

Can’t praise the beautician and team highly enough. Visiting from abroad where I usually get my nails done and they have done an amazing job thanks so much

Zoe coloured and cut hair today as always she did an amazing job I always feel fab when leave salon she listens to what I want and always gives recommendation if needed. She has cut my hair for years and has taken me from black hair to browny/ blonde without using any bleach. Love her to bits she's a star xx
