Just popped in to get a wash and blow but got a cut as well, staff are always friendly. Zoe did a lovely job.

My first time here to get my colour done and was nervous as I’ve been going to a different salon for twelve years but had to leave as she has gone.Elsa cut my hair a few weeks back and I was pleased so thought she can do my colour few weeks later.Im really happy with what she did as did exactly how I like it.So thank you and I will return and tell people how good you are.Only thing I would say it a bit pricey and when they offer you things as extra would like to be told how much extra it will be before they do it.Wasnt sure why it cost 106 pound for colour wash blow dry and slight trim.Could you make it more clear when doing it please.Other than that great.

The salon looks beautiful from the street. We were greeted by friendly staff and I was offered a walk in appointment. Coffee and tea offered . Elsa did a fabulous job of my hair. She was friendly, helpful and very courteous. I love my hairdo. Thank you for a super experience. 👌

I have been a client of Tranquil for many years, since it moved to Richmond Street in Liverpool and have always been so happy with the great service I have received. Louise is such a fantastic hairdresser and Zoe too. I would highly recommend Tranquil salon.

Elsa has done my hair besutifully, i always went to toni and guy round the corner but they closed down, the only difference between them was the price and i have now found a new hairdresser Elsa

I have been to the salon on a good couple of occasions and now I have found the Best and Zoe is my hairdresser. All Staff are polite and attentive.
