Maddie is a brilliant hairdresser. I am very obsessive about my hair, Maddie always listens and gives great results. The whole team provide a great atmosphere where nothing is too much trouble. I would never go to another salon, I think by far all saks salons are the best, and would recommend Maddie or any of the other stylists highly

First time to myself after having my little boy (3 months old). Desperate to have my hair done and was interrupted by my husband to feed him. Lucy made me feel relaxed and at ease whilst I fed him. She also did a great job on my hair and made me feel like a human again!

Nicola does my hair and she always does an excellent job: I feel transformed every time! She discusses options and is very knowledgeable, professional and I have the utmost confidence in her. She's also very friendly and makes going to the hairdresser something that I look forward to.

Very happy with my colour

I've seen Lucy twice now and very pleased with what she has done for me. We discussed my highlight colour and also my style, with which I am very pleased, and agreed on maintenance, some shaping and trimming edges.
Always a delight going to Saks at Burton Waters.
I could go somewhere cheaper but I love how my hair looks, the colour is just right, and get so many compliments weeks afterwards.

I had a gel pedicure with Helen and it was amazing. The whole experience was very relaxing and I thoroughly it.

Cannot praise the team highly enough; excellent service, amazing facial and back massage, and great mani/pedi for each of us. Thank you Helen, Becky and Ellie - you looked after us perfectly. Next time we're in Lincoln, we'll be back!

Had a super experience, gels removed easily. Nail maintenance very good. Got given colour guide in order to choose for self no advice given. Could do with some gentle background music when you are left in the room to wait for gel removal to activate.

Ellie did a good blow dry on my unruly hair on Wednesday. She asked me questions about my hair condition before she chose suitable products. I realise she is still learning so it took longer than usual, but she took on board the instruction given and I was pleased with the result. My only comment is I said I don’t like serum on my hair and that was the finishing product she used. The blow dry has lasted well which I’m pleased about. Well done Ellie!

I travelled from Norfolk to meet two friends from Staffordshire for a couple of days and we wanted a Spa experience. Saks didn't disappoint. After spending the morning seimming and enjoying the facilities at David Lloyd's Health Club, we enjoyed lunch before having our facial, back massage, and a choice of a mani or pedi treatment. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the treatments were the best we've had. And the Goodie Bag was a really lovely surprise. Thank you Becky, Helen and Ellie - we'd love to come back sometime!
