I love visiting Kay at the salon. She always does a fantastic job.

I have been coming to Saks for a while and very happy with Maddy. She listens to any concerns I have about my very thin hair and advises the best style/cut and colour that I am always happy with.

A great experience with professional friendly talented staff.

This was an overdue back massage. Helen was able to identify knots and issues on my left shoulder and back. I felt a medium to firm pressure worked well. Not only beneficial but enjoyable. I’ll be back for more.

I always enjoy visiting SAKS Burton Waters near Lincoln. All the staff are pleasant and the treatment excellent.

I found Kate last year after going to a hairdressers in Grantham for years! I’m so glad I did she listens and solves any problems you may have with your hair. She takes her time to discuss what you would like and explains the best way forward to get the colour and style you want with your particular hair.

Sophie is so professional, kind & friendly, she made me so relaxed and comfortable. Spa music playing in the background, dimmed lights and such a relaxed atmosphere. Sophie performed my facial so well and i instanly felt a difference to my skin, absolutly perfect she has magic hands !!
Sophie explained afterwards how i need to look after my skin and i was so pleased. I felt totally relaxed during my treatment. Thankyou Sophie for making this experiencce fabulous

I have now had 2 massages with Sophie and they have been amazing. She is hands down the best massage therapist I have had in UK. I been fortunate to live/ work in Asia so enjoyed many, and I compare them to UK which is not in same league. Sophie is in a League of her own. She constantly checks pressure and adjusts to suit and give excellent After Care advice. 5* well deserved.
Maddie has done 2 cuts for me now, and again I can say I have not 1 complaint. The Cut and style was spot on. Really 5*.

Unlike any other treatment I’ve had, in the best possible way.
I’d recommend the treatment and Helen to anyone, it was insightful, powerful and therapeutic.

Always a lovely experience at the salon and Kate always does an excellent job with my hair. Always get offered a drink and Kate is always very happy and chatty.

Lovely refit of nano bonds and weft. Toner is lovely and Kay is great company. Feel my own hair is becoming stronger.

Sophie my beauty therapist gave me excellent treatments when i visited the salon today. Sophie is very professional in her attitude, friendly and makes you feel so welcome when i visited. I felt so relaxed. Sophie provided me with excellent pre treatment advise before she started the treatments and the aftercare she gave me was very thorough.
I would also like to mention that Sophies sppearance is always very well groomed.
