Maddie is amazing. I have been having my hair cared for by Maddie for several years. It is always a joy to catch up with Maddie and I always know my hair is in safe hands. Today’s hair extensions are perfect and Maddie’s colour matching is exceptional.

Its a salon where the stylists actually listen to what you want. Lucy used her hands to create volume in my hair when blowdrying, which at first I thought is that going to work, but when she had finished and gave it a good smoothing with the brush I was impressed. So many salons just seem to dry everyone's hair the same, you do feel at saks that's not the case at all, Lucy listened and delivered height and smoothing. It's a great salon, always a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the best head massage ever from Ellie. Thank you saks !!

Lucy looks after me at every visit. I always go in with a vague idea of what I want doing and I come out feeling fabulous. Lucy advises me what would look the best and makes sure I go out with healthy hair. Lucy works magic!

It's an absolute joy to spend time in Kays chair. She's kind, polite, and always interested my ideas. Definitely wouldn't go to anyone else and I'd recommend her to anyone that wants 'something different'.

Kay was wonderful. She was welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease from the start. She was knowledgeable and her suggestions helped me find the right style for me.
I felt like a new person when I left the salon.

First spray tan of the year. Becky was great and I am very pleased with the result. A very comfortable atmosphere and I have booked my next one.
