Maddie is a great stylist, my hair has never looked or felt better. I'll miss her while she takes her maternity leave, she has been outstanding

Had a restyle today and was really nervous about how it would turn out. But I’m so happy with it, Kay is so lovely and talks you through the process and gives her honest opinion on what she thinks. Really grateful and so happy !!

Lucy was very good as usual and she cut my hair as I asked. The young girl who washed my hair was good and the scalp massage was wonderful.

I am always really happy with my hair, very skilled stylists, lovely atmosphere. Only comment I'd make which I've never fully understood is the pricing. I come in monthly and the figure is never the same? I can understand its more with a trim, but if it's just a root touch up or my 3 month keratin treatment why does it change? Apart from that, cannot take away what a well run salon it is, just always nice to know costs a bit better.

Attended Saks for a wash, cut and blow dry with Kay, who is a lovely friendly helpful stylist who I have used several times. Always happy to chat and advise on different style options and always does a great job!!

Never any different, very professional service and always made to very very welcome. My son has just gone to uni and is insisting on coming home to have his hair cut - to me that speaks volumes!

Ask how hair had been since my previous appointment and took details into account by adapting cut to blend hair into great shape.

As usual, a lovely experience. Everyone is so professional and friendly and I enjoy my time with Lucy and Ellie. The cut and colour is just right, natural, easy to take care of and I get lots of compliments.

I just love the way that Nicola does my hair. It's a lovely experience every time and I've been soooooo happy with the cut, colour and styling. I leave Saks feeling like a new woman!
