I had a fantastic experience at Saks today! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Maddie was absolutely excellent – professional, attentive, and clearly passionate about her work. I’ll definitely be back.

I came in for an Indian Head Massage. Helen was welcoming and immediately put me at ease. She is very professional in her approach. The session was amazing and I came away feeling totally relaxed.

Kay has balayaged my hair 3 times and it’s perfect every time. I trust her 100% and feel very relaxed in her presence. Kay also cuts my daughter’s hair (aged 1 year) and is so caring of her needs.

Just had my usual appointment with saks hair and beauty Burt Waters, super friendly staff, always a personal welcome with a smile. I booked in for a roots retouch Lucy always checks on me first we have a little review chat. Make sure everything‘s okay from last time, discuss any specific requests or questions for this session. They understand how I like my hair to be done and always make sure I’m happy plus refreshment served throughout.

Rachel manages an excellent salon where I always feel totally pampered and a valued customer. As always really happy with my hair, Rachel is a 10 out of 10 with my blowdry, would highly recommend Rachel and all who work at the salon

The service i recieved from Sophie was exceptional she was very professional & efficient. Sophie took her time explaining the treatment i was having.
I wasnt sure what colour to choose for my toenails so Sophie helped me with my selection and with her help i made a good choice which i am very happy with.

I think I’m addicted to having beautiful nails done so carefully by Becky. She advises on the best colours for my skin tone, files and paints with great professionalism and I am always delighted with the result. Next month I’m letting her lose on my toes. Can’t wait!
