I was very nervous about having my hair done today, but I was reasured and listened to with what I wanted. What was light blonde highlights and a money peice with a trim of my split ends. Everything was explained to me as it was done step by step so I understood what products were used and felt comfortable knowing what was happening with my hair. I highly recommend hairdresser Milly as she's done an amazing job of my hair and im so much happier and confident with my hair colour now, thank you so much.

At 9.00am as I arrived at my appointment I asked Lucy if she could create an Upson at the end of my scheduled appointment. She created a stunning look for my black tie do in London that evening , whilst going over her allotted time slot and stayed friendly and courteous. Thanks Lucy

Love my new wefts and nanobonds. The colour match is flawless and you cannot tell my hair from the extensions. So many lovely compliments received about the colour and fabulous cut. Kay has been great at taking my vision and working with me to achieve my desired look. Definitely an expert in all things hair extensions and colour matching.

Appreciate we all learn by actually doing a specific task, I just wanted to feed back that both my ears were jet filled with water, which I hope doesn't cause further issues! I have fed this back to Maddie who is going to run through 'how to avoid water going in the ears' during training.

I have been going to see Maddie now for a while and she is amazing, so patient and always gets the best results , I had tried many salons before Maddie and had no luck ! Now I get numerous compliments on my hair she has mastered the “old money blonde” that many had failed before her! Book with her if you have a particular idea of what you want and you have been unsuccessful everywhere else, she listens and really understands!
