Appreciate we all learn by actually doing a specific task, I just wanted to feed back that both my ears were jet filled with water, which I hope doesn't cause further issues! I have fed this back to Maddie who is going to run through 'how to avoid water going in the ears' during training.
Just had a beautiful nail paint at Saks. The therapist was wonderful & I throughly enjoyed my treatment.

I have been going to see Maddie now for a while and she is amazing, so patient and always gets the best results , I had tried many salons before Maddie and had no luck ! Now I get numerous compliments on my hair she has mastered the “old money blonde” that many had failed before her! Book with her if you have a particular idea of what you want and you have been unsuccessful everywhere else, she listens and really understands!

She was friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Sophie went through everything before my treatment and gave me a run down of aftercare after she had finished treatments so I could make the most of my treatments, this is something that has been lacking when I have visited other salons in the past.

Very pleased with the whole experience
The salon is extremely welcoming - I was first greeted by Kay with a lovely big smile and then Maddie made me look like a human again (it had been about 10weeks since my last root touchup). Millie was lovely whilst washing my hair.
The atmosphere in the salon is so warm and welcoming 5🌟
