I needed a good blow dry for a gathering event, Liv easily understood exactly what I wanted I have thick and curly hair with some baby hairs which can be annoying! But she did it perfectly. She is professional and friendly, will def be back again

The staff here are polite and professional, however twice now I’ve felt that I’ve come out of the salon and the cut hasn’t met my expectations. The colour is great but the cut not so so I feel that I am not listened to.

Kate was so good with my little girl and she was so calming and lovely; so much so that my little one (nearly 2 years old) just sat in the chair and enjoyed her hair being brushed and trimmed. The biscuit at the end for her was also a win win! Thank you Kate for a great first haircut experience for her.

Kate trimmed the left side of my hair, as she thought it looked uneven, but to be honest it now looks shorter on the left side than the right side now and a bit lopsided.

Experienced stylist and very helpful. l have very short fine hair. It doesn’t take long to blow dry yet there is no difference in your pricing structure which l find unfair . Saks should consider this

Helen is fantastic . I have received treatment with her three time and she is always professional gentle and my skin was glowing following the treatment.

I’ve had the same hairdresser for 25yrs, she’s having some time out so had to find a new hairdresser, what can I say, Kate made me feel so relaxed she listened to what I wanted and delivered it. It’s scary trusting someone else to do my hair but I’m truly delighted.

This was the first time I'd visited Saks so it was a leap of faith. Kay was really lovely, we discussed the cut I wanted and Kay fully understood. She was very considerate and made sure I was happy with the result. I was extremely pleased and have already booked my next appointment.

Sophie did an excellent job of my toes.
She pays alot of attention to detail & provides a great service. Sophie was able to advise on particular colours that i wasnt sure about. I have always wanted to try chrome on my toes, Soph advised on this and how it would look.,Im so pleased with the result.

Mildly treated my 12 year old with such care and kindness, making sure she knew what style and look she wanted and treating her in a grown up manner. Lovely cut and finished nicely, a nice proper salon experience for my daughter.

Therapist name not on drop down list, think it was Sophie. I gave up on beauty therapy sessions for years as I could never find a beauty therapist that lived up to the skill of the one I had when I lived in a different county. Well today I found the best therapist ever, Sophie's technique is amazing. I had the healing touch packaged and it certainly was, I felt all the tensions of life and this crazy heat drift away; I highly recommend this skilled therapist.

Brilliant afternoon having highlights and extensions refitted. Kay is passionate about working with your hairs needs and since being with Kay my hair feels healthier and never over processed. Always a joy chatting about new products and planning future appointments. If you want to have seamless natural looking hair extensions then I cannot recommend Kay enough. Xx
