First time being a client here. First impressions were great, friendly greeting and happy, smiley staff.
I was having a complete change today, so I showed Nicola a picture of roughly how I wanted it to be, and she did a first class job. Consulted me all the way through, to make sure it was ok, chopped bits that needed changing and made a real effort for my hair to be perfect.
With the 50% off for new customers voucher, which is a really lovely gesture, I couldn’t have asked for more in all honesty.

I can’t say how much I love my hair. I’m trying to let it go grey and was fed up of the difference between the new grey and the old colour lower down. I have been given highlights of grey at the bottom of my hair and it blends so brilliantly. I love it.

Kate is always exceptional at her job. Delivering a quality and knowledgeable cut with cheery and professional customer service. I can not recommend her enough.

This was an overdue back massage. Helen was able to identify knots and issues on my left shoulder and back. I felt a medium to firm pressure worked well. Not only beneficial but enjoyable. I’ll be back for more.

I have now had 2 massages with Sophie and they have been amazing. She is hands down the best massage therapist I have had in UK. I been fortunate to live/ work in Asia so enjoyed many, and I compare them to UK which is not in same league. Sophie is in a League of her own. She constantly checks pressure and adjusts to suit and give excellent After Care advice. 5* well deserved.
Maddie has done 2 cuts for me now, and again I can say I have not 1 complaint. The Cut and style was spot on. Really 5*.
