Great salon...music and staff (wush there was slightly cheaper sun bed cream range)...but otherwise lovely place.

Zoe was absolutely superb when I came in for a tan today. She was the most well mannered consultant I have ever come across. Full of knowledge and excellent information giving me my best ever tanning experience.

I moved from Lancashire 4 weeks ago, tonight I came for the first time and was greeted by the most lovely two girls who went well out of their way to make me feel welcome, show me around and help me find the best tanning bed for me! Was such a please to meet them and will be looking forward to coming back again.

I’ve been using Hot Chocolate for years now and not once has the cleanliness wavered. The place is always pristine with clean sun beds & surroundings.
One of the things I love about this place is that there’s always deodorants, tissues and baby wipes to use; which is handy when you use a tingle tan!
There have been a number of staff over the years - some more suited than others - but 9/10, the staff are polite, efficient & friendly.
The tubes are changed often and they have lay down and stand up beds along with collagen enhancing ones.
I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else

I started her a few weeks ago as a complete sunbed virgin. Staff have been amazing and super friendly and helpful. Machines are easy and easy to use. Great offer to get me started also thanks to all the ladies here

I have been using the tanning shop for just over a week now and its a real enjoyable experience the staff are welcoming and ever so helpful, the girls keep the place lovely and clean. If you wanting to use sunbeds this is the place to be.

Lovely salon: modern, clean, more lay down sunbeds now & music piped through-and lovely staff.

Love the salon but music is on far too loud most times that I walk in. When staff are wearing masks it’s impossible to hear what they are saying.
