Excellent service from a lovely group of people. Couldn't have been more helpful. I definitely recommend a visit. Had my nails done and then chipped one. They replaced the polish with no question even though it was my own fault and free of charge.

It is always clean & fresh in the cubicles & the staff are friendly too ????

Danielle has managed to give me a perfect set of shellac nails in a lovely fudge colour even managing to fix a broken nail.
I now don't have to hide my nails in embarrassment.
Will recommend to everyone and will be booking back in to have them redone in a few weeks ????

I've only ever had my nails done once before a few years ago so this was my first time at hot chocolate. It was a lovely experience. Lots of advice was given and my nail tech made sure my nails were absolutely perfect. I'll definitely be back for some more pampering.

I have been using this salon for tanning for a few years now. It is always spotless and you are always welcomed like an old friend! The booths are spotless but still cleaned between clients. I know tubes are changed regularly and the staff are knowledgeable and ready to recommend how or even if you should tan. I love the place! Keep an eye out for deals on courses too!

Visit to purchase minutes bundle for upright tanning booth. Haven't been on the sunbeds in around 5 years. Explained wanted to get a good base tan for preparation for a holiday in February.

I had a beautiful manicure today from Lucy @ Hot Chocolate. I spent a relaxing hour with Lucy and came out with beautiful looking nails. I shall definitely be returning.

I have visited the salon at the Carlton Centre in Lincoln 3 times now and am happy to say that the staff are very friendly and helpful and the beds are very clean.

I have used hot chocolate before over the last 5 years and I have recently started working in the area so I am able to come in more regularly. The customer service was brilliant from lisa Dixon she really helped me as she gave me advice on what cream to use as I haven't been on a tanning bed for a while, she was really friendly and made me feel comfortable too. I will definitely recommend the salon to friends.

Came back to the salon today after over year away to find the staff just as friendly and helpful, and the salon had undergone a funky makeover. Salon spotlessly clean just how I remember it, which is who I came back

I just visited for my visit time using sun beds and found it to be a very pleasant experience thanks to the lovely girl on the desk. I tried the rainbow one which I thought was really good and the music made the time go very quick. Very clean and tidy and very helpful with all my questions, roll on the next time I'm able to go use them to get my base tan for my holiday
