Very clean and kept to a very good standard! All staff are extremely polite, friendly and helpful! Is an all round good experience every time I’m there!!

I have been a few times lately and each time get told I have 10 mins then no you haven’t I presume it’s the 10 mins I had left last summer that you said expired although I believe you have changed this now but I didn’t get mine back

Perfect service, staff and the sunbeds are top notch.. quick results.. already starting to turn colour after 4 sessions.. always use cream, you get better results faster.

The sunbeds are always so clean as is the salon. The staff are very helpful and always have been. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

I love going to hot Chocolate, it’s always cleaned to a seemingly high standard. I love how the cubicles have all the things you need to quickly refresh yourself too! I have always found staff to be friendly and professional.

A great place to go for me to warm up my bones, help with my eczema and just generally make me happier.

I am a sun bed virgin and have always been a bit skeptical to use one however when I saw the collagen boosting one advertised I was instantly interested. I have just been for my free 15 minutes and I loved it, although I will have to wait to see results, the lady at reception was lovely and welcoming and the salon was clean and smells delicious!

First time I have been in this tanning studio and had this treatment done Staff were very kind and friendly I had all information before treatment, very happy definitely come back

Staff are always friendly, helpful and will advise you on the products to enhance your time. Easy to get too and plenty parking nearby which is essential when nipping into the salon.

Only popped in as I was in the area and was reminded why Hot Chocolate has been around so long and has such a good reputation. Fresh looking salon, great staff and the best beds around.
