Chloe was great, she recommended me some lotions that I think were the right choice for me, she also recommended me a different type of sun bed which after talking to her I also think suit me more.

Absolutely love going to Hot Chocolate. The salon is totally clean, hygienic and adheres to covid restrictions 100%. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, can't beat their customer service. Would recommend anyone thinking of visiting a tanning salon then make Hot Chocolate your choice.

I have always thought highly of this company; however, during these uncertain and frustrating times they have exceeded my expectations. All Covid measures are in place, plenty of hand sanitiser and instructions whilst maintaining their high standard. Not sure of the young girls name but I was there about 14.40, 19 Aug. This therapist is consistently great at her service, always there with a smile, helpful and the equipment etc is always clean.
