Always a fabulous hour whenever I visit Cate. Wonderful people skills, amazing hairdressing skills and all at a very fair price. Arriving very windswept I left looking like I was ready to party at The Ritz.

Lovely calm atmosphere. Great service all round. Cate always listens, makes suggestions about style and never rushes you. The end result is a great colour and lovely cut and blow dry. Gave up on growing hair into a bob - turned out to be too wavy for comfortable living with at my age - took far too much time!
Justine gave me a shorter cut - aided by my daughters nagging to go ‘very like Judi Dench’! Looks good really pleased with it. So far so good.

I always look forward to my visits to KH Loughborough… Sheralynne does a fantastic job of keeping my hair styled and coloured. I’m 60 this year and it’s great to know that Sheralynne will make sure my hair is funky and stylish.

Sheralynne is an excellent hairdresser and is the only one that can cut my hair so that I can manage it myself. The salon is immaculate the staff are lovely and so it is an all round feel good experience.

They had accommodated to this by us having an early appointment. Very friendly to both of us.

Very relaxing experience, as always, which included a conditioning treatment. Walked in with 'January' hair, and left with gleaming locks. Sheralynne repeatedly surpasses herself. Her experience literally shines through.

Big decision - gave up on long bob style, decided regretfully hair far too curly, unless “produced” to death.
Kept much of length at back, but sides/ front layered again. Looks good - thanks, Justine!
