The whole experience was great, from start to finish. The salon is a calm oasis and I always leave feeling happy and more positive. Cate is a lovely person and a talented stylist. She is creative but knows what will suit you. My colour, cut and blo dri were perfect, as usual. The styling products are first class and it's so convenient to buy them at the salon. Cate has a wonderful way of making me feel fully at ease each time I visit her. It’s like seeing an old friend. She transforms me into a stunning beauty with her hair cutting/styling wizardry. No wonder I’ve been coming back for years.

Another relaxing experience where I can shut off for a while and enjoy being pampered. Amazing head wash and massage, and leaving with a new head of hair thanks to the cut and colour skills of Sheralynne. Thank you as always.

Potentially a scary appointment but Ruby explained everything along the way and we have a good plan of action to completely change my hair colour and take out a badly done box dye whilst keeping my hair in good condition.

I love getting my hair done at KH Hair in Loughborough. From start to finish the experience is top notch.
Joanne the receptionist is extremely helpful and very professional and patient in making appointments for me. She even printed out a schedule which was so thoughtful.
Lucy the apprentice did a great job on shampooing my hair with a lovely head massage.
Cate as always, worked her magic! She is always interested in what you have to say and works with you to ensure you are happy with the end result. She cut and blow dried my hair perfectly and I am extremely happy with the result. Lovely hair products too.

I’ve been a client at KH Loughborough for 35 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Justine has become not only my regular stylist, but a friend over the years and always gives a professional and quality cut. Just also want to mention Ruby, who did the most beautiful updo for me for a wedding! It had so many wonderful compliments, thank you so much, Ruby! Would highly recommend this salon to everyone, nothing is too much trouble.

Cate is a great stylist. She never rushes you and as well as giving advice, she cuts and styles my hair perfectly every time.
I enjoyed having my hair washed by Grace who did a really good job.
Jule the receptionist was also very friendly, helpful and patient with my requests.
The products used in the salon are premium quality and you can really tell the difference. I wouldn't use anything else at home now. It's so handy to be able to buy them at the salon.
Covid precautions are well maintained and the salon looks spotless.
I always feel better after a visit!

Cate worked her magic again! I had a cut and new colour and am delighted with the result. All the staff are professional, yet friendly, and as always I found it to be a relaxing experience, in a clean and stylish saloon. I love going as I feel so special after a visit.

Sheralynne is amazing at her job and takes such care with her clients. I always love the results and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The salon is constantly cleaned, with careful measures in place which meant I was made to feel very safe.
