Was really happy that I was able to be booked in so last minute for a saturday! My hair was looking really brassy and dull and I was so happy with the final colour done by Lucy! She’s really talented and styled it amazing. I never get compliments on my hair as it’s always very samey but since then I’ve had loads x

As usual Cate did a brilliant job. Left the Salon feeling and looking much better than when I went in.

Always enjoy having my hair done by Justine, she knows exactly what I want and we enjoy a chat whilst she's doing it.

I love going to KH Loughborough to get my hair done by Cate. She is an expert in colour, cutting and styling. She takes time to listen but gives her creative advice which I am happy to trust. I came away from the salon today feeling relaxed, refreshed and extremely happy with my colour and style. She is patient and very helpful in trying to sort my appointments out, which due to home circumstances, have to change frequently. Thank you Cate for making my life easier!
I must also mention Cherise, who shampooed my hair and gave me a lovely head massage.

Just love the way Sheralynne does my cut and colour. She had been doing my hair now for about 14 years and always a fresh style and look … andxeady to care for Thank you loads

This was the first time I’ve had my hair put up for a special occasion and I was delighted with Sheralynne’s creation! In order to make this the best experience, Sheralynne had advised me on hair accessories and how to prepare my hair on previous visits to the salon so it all went perfectly on the day. Thank you, Sheralynne- I felt a million dollars and got so many compliments!

This was my second visit to KH. My first experience was not what I had hoped for but I got tempted back and am really happy that I decided to give it another go. KH definitely seem to care if their clients go away unhappy and do their very best to rectify things.
Sheralyn very patiently listened to my previous concerns. The washing this time was a relaxing experience. Sheralynne advised me about what I had asked for as it was almost a restyle. She gave me ample time and opportunities to change my mind as she started cutting. I was still a bit hesitant about having a fringe cut back in after so long growing it out! I was very happy with the end result.
Already booked the next appointment and complimentary fringe cuts is just brilliant.

Growing hair - very helpful discussion on thickening or growing longer or ‘ stragglier’. Very pleased - looks super!
Very quiet - all working like mad, but many grabbing a well earned holiday before the strikes and airline cancellations!! Glad someone is still operating!!

I arrived at KH, with my hair falling out, suffering from hormone problems after the menopause , it was so thin that I could no longer have a parting I had a frumpy, frizzy out of control short hair cut and felt depressed.

Cate at K H , listened to my story and was very understanding, she then took me over to the positive side with her, devised a plan that we both agreed on and gave my hair a gorgeous cut and showed me how to do it myself at home.

She gave me really valuable advice on products that I was already using , diet and general hair care .

I came out on a high , feeling really positive, my hair looked and felt healthy, my Husband said Cate had made me look twenty years younger!

I now have a plan for regrowth and style, I thank goodness that I found Cate and KH.

Super service, as normal at kh. Lisa is marvelous and does the most amazing cut on my hair

I always find Sheralynne to be punctual, always gives great advice & excellent at listening to my needs.
The young junior girls are also always very attentive to my needs, as I have a chemical allergy & they have all adapted to this situation incredibly well.

Lisa is an excellent hairdresser. She listens to what you want as well as offering advice. We selected 3 colours for foils, the end result is great , just what I wanted.

Kate is a fantastic all-round experienced and professional stylist. Whether colour, cut or blow-dry she's brilliant. I had all 3!

Excellent customer care and first class hair care

I forgot the stylist Lianah had today but lianah had a great first experience at the salon. Stylist was very friendly, very patient and made lianah feel at ease. I will definitely be bringing lianah again to the salon, the cut and style was exactly as asked. Very happy with our experience today and a huge thanks to the stylist. Will definitely be back to build up a regular bond to make lianah even more comfortable. Thank you all your an amazing team!
