First time to the Loughborough Keith hall, really nice clean salon, friendly welcome on reception. My stylist was Gemma and she was very efficient and friendly and great with discussing what I wanted! Gemma was very good to say how long and big my hair is, and worked with it and still got out quicker than I normally am used too. Overall great experience! And 1 very happy new customer! Thankyou xx

I was a little nervous about my colour choice (blue) as this was my first ever colour, but Ruby was brilliant. She discussed it with me and gave me excellent advice. I’m so happy with it! Everyone is very professional and experienced. Thank you Ruby!

I think I was the last client out of the salon and both Ruby and Cate were on their own and it was late. You might have thought that they would rush to get me finished and out of the door but “no”- my needs came first! Nothing was too much trouble - from booking me two more appointments, to a lovely shampoo & condition and a chat about colour, cut and style.
After a long session folding a full head of foils into my hair, Ruby must have been very tired. She’s heavily pregnant and had been very busy all day. Her cheerful, professional and uncomplaining manner was commendable! She kept telling me not to worry about her, she was fine! She did an excellent job and when Cate had cut my hair and we could see the colours, they were lovely. Thank you, Ruby! I hope you have a lovely time on your 21st & that you are thoroughly spoilt!

Cate is the best! Not only does she know exactly how to cut my hair in a way that is perfect for me, she cares about me and how I feel. I never have to make hard decisions about colour and style - Cate instinctively knows what suits me best depending on the time of year and how I’m feeling. I left the salon on Monday evening looking 100% better than when I arrived.

The stylist suggested a quieter setting so that my 14month old wouldn’t get distracted. What a great idea I never woujd have thought that so I would say the stylist really thought about this and she was fantastic! Knew exactly what I wanted for my sons first haircut because I was nervous!
