First time I visited the salon and Robert, interpreted the hair style from the photos I showed him. He understood what I like and he did it exactly the way I like it and it suits me very well. I am very pleased with my hair. It is the best one so far and would highly recommend him and the salon.

Absolutely fantastic salon. Had my colour done and the 72 treatment. I came out feeling like a new person! The staff are friendly, professional, listen to you and deliver great hair!

Remi is a such a brilliant hair stylist! I don't have to say much about what I would like to do with my hair, Remi is full of ideas and just knows exactly what will suit me in terms of styling, cuts, highlights etc.
Remi is a lovely person too, always bubbly, smiling and chatty, so it's a pleasure to have her as my stylist.
I love that Yan's uses Aveda products, as the colour is so much better and lasts longer than most of the brands that other salons use.

I visited Robert at Yan Hair for the first time with my 3 month old. I showed him a picture of how I’d like my hair to be styled. Rob exceeded my expectations whilst providing advice and support throughout the appointment on how to look after my hair postpartum. He took his time and told me after how much he had enjoyed styling my hair. I wanted to thank you Rob, you’ve made me feel like a new women.

Alicia is great. I felt that she really makes the effort to listen and get to know you / your lifestyle and your hair. I felt like I was in very safe hands and I am really pleased with my cut and full highlights. It is a really friendly salon and my hair smells amazing with the products used. There are a lot of hairdressers around but Yan is special- not over bearing, nice environment and the hairdressers are super friendly but won’t be over bearing with questions about your life (which is off putting!) Mihaela is really nice, kind and talented.

Stylisr asked if i wanted my hair dried with a wave or straight i chose straight expecting blow wave with volume got  straighters which i feel is a cop out i did mention didn't like hair fully straightened, carried on!
Cutting my fringe she nearly took my eye out with her extremly long false nails!
Did not offer 25%discount for new client. I Did try to contact salon to discuss issues via their web site they did not get back to me, also emailed.
