Fantastic experience from start to finish. The lady on the reception who welcomes you in makes you feel really special from the moment you walk through the door. It doesnt end there with a choice of lovely refreshments and amazing complimentary head massages to follow. Always pleased with my cut/colour when I leave the salon. Today I had Craig washing my hair/looking after me and Remi doing my cut/colour - both did a great job :) thankyou

I really enjoyed the whole experience at Yan. Claire was great fun and very professional! The massage chair while having your hair washed was a good touch. Would recommend to anyone as it was one of the best haircuts I've had. Really satisfied customer!

Yasmin was so lovely, she made me feel really comfortable which was great as I normally don't like new people cutting my hair. I am so pleased with the way she cut it, she did an amazing job, especially considering it hadn't been cut for 9 months!

I felt looked after at Yan. Liss listened to what I wanted with my hair and despite having a power cut at the time in the salon she persevered with getting my cut finished!

I've been coming to YAN hair salon for 17 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. The service is genuinely second to none and the highly knowledgeable team - every one of them - makes me feel assured that I'll get the same great service, no matter who looks after me or my family (my daughter, aged 7, really appreciates the 'experience' she gets from a cut at YAN's. Even my husband claims he's never able to get a better cut than the one he gets at YAN. Oh, and the Aveda products are a staple in our home too. We all use it and the prices are as competitive as any high street Aveda outlet. No matter what game my hair's playing (pre/post pregnancy etc), Rob always come ls up with the perfect product to sort it out. As you can probably guess, I'd recommend this salon to anyone - I travel a 40 mile round trip and I'd travel further if I had to!

Chelsey is probably the best stylist I've ever encountered. She is knowledgable & has transformed my hair. The salon is really friendly, but could do with a bit of a re-furb.
