Lovely salon. I do have one suggestion, the neck pads on the wash basins are quite thin. Softer, more padded neck supports would be much appreciated.

As usual Danielle made me feel welcome and I was given a stink while i waited as I was early. We talked through the cut and style for my hair, and as usual it is a great cut and I feel refreshed!

Robert was great in helping me decide on a new style, gave me a brilliant cut and was friendly and relaxed for my visit. I arrived with no idea what I wanted and I left with a fantastic cut that I’ve alteady been complimented on several times.

Sam was very friendly and explained everything to me which made me feel very relaxed would definitely recommend Sam and Yan salon

Every time I visit Yan Hair I have a thoroughly brilliant experience. Tired from a tough few weeks, I announce to Robert that I have no idea what I want to do with my hair - here’s where everybody at Yan Hair excels! That’s fine, no need to think, we’ll come up with something utterly brilliant for you! My hyper-critical daughter also commented this evening that it’s the best cut ever (she’s said that several times before!) I feel so pampered when I come here. They know how to get the most from my hair whilst keeping the condition absolutely tip-top. I wish I worked at Yan - I’d be so proud to be a part of it!

Great cut after a relaxing wash, Danielle have a great cut, advised on my next colour and was mindful and discussed options to ensure that the next colour would be within budget. Couldn't be happier!

I bought my 6 year old granddaughter in the salon today and it was the first time she had a hair cut so her hair was passed her bum. Paris and the rest of the staff were very good with her because it took a lot of time and patience to cut it because her hair was also very curly. Paris did an amazing job and cut it to a manageable length now and it looks beautiful. So thank you to her and the rest of the staff

Second time at the Salon with Sam, she’s amazing and listen’s to what you want. Will be regularly coming to the Salon, as I’ve always got the right service.
