Yan Hair

Stylisr asked if i wanted my hair dried with a wave or straight i chose straight expecting blow wave with volume got  straighters which i feel is a cop out i did mention didn't like hair fully straightened, carried on!
Cutting my fringe she nearly took my eye out with her extremly long false nails!
Did not offer 25%discount for new client. I Did try to contact salon to discuss issues via their web site they did not get back to me, also emailed.

My trip to Yan's is always a relaxing experience, all staff are pleasant, helpful and polite. Michaela is a lovely person and a great stylist. Over the years I never had any reason to complain about anything. All my stylists were always friendly, great at their job and pleasure to talk to.

Very pleasant atmosphere and welcoming team. I had a bad hair colour experience while on holiday. After consulting with Robert, Danielle and Paris, who took the time to speak with me and understand what I wanted, I got the hair colour I wanted. I'm definitely going back for colouring and to try a hair cut.

I dropped in for a wash and blow dry today, unable to wash my hair at home after a cataract operation. The welcome was friendly. My hair was washed thoroughly and gently, and Alicia blow dried and styled it expertly and effortlessly. I loved the massage chair and the head massage. All great. As usual, my visit to Yan's hair salon on Queens Road, Leicester was a special time for me. I'm still thinking about it several days later.
Sam has done my hair a few times now and as usual, before doing anything at all, except to greet me, she took time to listen to my ideas, ensuring that she properly understood what I was trying to convey and then, enthusiastically and with direction but always with her unique expertise, she took the greatest care of my hair and of me.
I felt reassured by Sam and every other person working on the team that afternoon and on previous occasions, that what they wanted was for me to feel happy within the salon and also, from the second I stepped outside.
A joy and a delight. My thanks to Sam and to everyone for ensuring my comfort and welcome, not forgetting Yan.
