This salon is exactly how it should be! It’s an experience, where you can tell customer are valued. The level of professionalism from all staff is second to none. Communication is fast and helpful and i can honestly say this is the best salon with the best staff I’ve ever been to! Thank you for showing the beauty world how things should be done

Whilst it's been a while since my last visit, I was very happy to find that the service & gel manicures are as fabulous as ever.. The manicures that I've had done always last incredibly well & considering the job I do that's something of a miracle.
The team there are really welcoming & friendly & there's a great atmosphere because of that.

I had my gel nails done from a previous salon & one my nails broke! As it’s was my birthday I needed a fix asap.
I was in Leicester city centre and I came across this salon . I walked in and I thought I’ll just ask if there is anything they could do. They were extremely welcoming & asked me to sit down and the lovely therapist Jess looked at my nails & sorted it for me.
Even managed to get the exact same colour I had before and you couldn’t even tell the difference!! They did this for me free of charge which I was not expecting,
You did not get this type of service these days & this completely made my day.
I’ll definitely be returning.!!

Absolutely love the girls at the beauty box! Always so welcoming & friendly! I always have a great experience & each time it gets better & better! Thank you to Akwaa for always making me feel comfortable & for always being honest with her opinion on the nails I want to get done, I trust it completely & she slays them every single time! They’re in a much better condition than when I first started coming in & I love it!
