I had my brows done with Akwaa recently and all I can say is I love them! Akwaa was professional and helped me understand the whole process and answered any questions I had. She helped me when I wasn't sure what to do, which technique is gonna suit me ( we decided that combo brows are the best choice for me and my expectations) and she was patient and professional . The whole process took a few hours but with Akwaa it felt like a casual chat with a friend, no stress. Surprisingly, it was a very relaxing process.
My natural brows are not very dark and a little bit uneven but Akwaa made sure they suit my face and look as perfect as they possibly can. She took her time measuring and drawing an outline which I really appreciate because it shows how much she cares about her work and her clients. At every stage she made sure I'm okay with what's she's doing and that I approve the shape or colour.
My brows are all healed and the healing process went smoothly, I was informed about the after care verbally and in writing.
I can't recommend and thank Akwaa enough but all I can say is that I wish I've done it sooner!

I started coming to beauty box over 4 years ago and I’ve never been anywhere else since for my nails! Akwaa is amazing and my French Manicure looks amazing every time, I love it! I’ve also had pedicures and gel toes with Emma and Sasha pre holiday and it makes you feel great.
I honestly would go anywhere else!
Shree also takes the time to chat and say hi which I think is great for an owner and I feel like Akwaa is my friend not just my “nail person”. She is easy to chat too and genuinely wants my nails to be perfect every time ?

Recently has my lip blush done with Akwaa after a recommendation from my friend. Can’t thank Akwaa enough for her expertise and care not only during my appointment but both pre and post. Her advice and consultation before hand was so professionally in depth. During the appointment Akwaa continued to ask me if I was ok every 5 minutes (as I am terrified of needles believe it or not lol) this really helped me feel really comfortable enough for me to be able to relax during my appointment. The results are INSANEEEE! I feel super confident with my new lips and love the look. Since the application Akwaa has checked in on me to see how I am feeling with my new lips and says for me to contact her with any questions or advice I may need. What an Amazing woman she is, kind,caring,professional and incredibly talented. Anyone thinking about having it done DO IT, you will not be disappointed X

I just love this place! It’s my second home. I have been coming here for years and not once have I complained.. you can’t, all the ladies are just lovely, services are spot on and very welcoming. Easy to talk to and always there to give sound advice. Akwaa has been doing my nails for a very long time and her expertise are on point!! She makes my hands look pretty and helps me pick out the colours when I am indecisive! Brilliant to chat to, I do nothing but giggle with her :). You will fall in love with this place.. and the staff .. all AMAZING! x

Relaxing experience throughout.

I had my first ever trip to The Beauty Box yesterday (7/7/23) for the brow lamination with Shannon. She made me feel at ease instantly and talked me through each step of the process (as I hadn't had it done before). Shannon was extremely friendly and made sure that I felt comfortable throughout my visit to the salon. I am so happy with the results and it has already made me feel so much more confident! Thank you for such a positive experience! I would 100% recommend to anyone, and I am looking forward to seeing you again soon.
