Had my lashes done today and Megan was very polite and lovely to talk too! Did such a good job on my lashes, would definitely recommend to get them done by her!

Had a pamper feet and pedicure on Saturday by the lovely Saskia.I had been walking around town in new shoes the previous day and it was just perfect .Saskia was soo lovely a sweetheart who was very professional and did a fab job thank you .

Megan, who tinted my eyebrows and lashes, was polite and friendly. She was informative of the process, as I hadn't done the treatments before, and asked on my personal preferences and definitely stuck to it. She did a fantastic job and the eye package is such great value.

I had a Hollywood done with Saskia. I was nervous as previous beautician had caused me a lot of pain. Saskia was really patient, talked me through everything and took her time with the treatment doing it in stages to minimise pain. I was waiting for the pain but it never came! I will definitely be going to Saskia from now on.thank you!

Just had my first facial treatment at Syston today and what a treatment! The best you can get! Including foot massage, shoulders and arms massage and numerous products according to my needs. Can't wait for my next one.
Oh and had my nails done before that too.

Hardly ever get my nails done and Lottie was great in talking me h ideas and designs for my wedding day. Went for classic french mani with a little glitter on 2 nails.. absolutely love them. Have already book in my next session. Thank you.

I never go anywhere else! Akwaa is my nail savour; she's great at helping you choose colours and she does a fab at remembering every detail of my life so we can chat as we sit. They do a great job at making a friendly environment and the online booking system is so easy.

Hasn’t nails done a couple of times by Reanne now and she has such a lovely bubbly personality. She is always up for the challenging styles I task her with and does a fabulous job every time.

Love coming to the salon for my nails and more recently for the new Dermalogica face peel. Wish Beauty Box had a wider range of colours like the Leicester branch, but Lottie always provides such a grest service so I wouldn't go anywhere else!

First time at this salon as I've just moved here. Sorry I can't remember the girls name. Everything was great but having to sit across a table and lift your foot up underneath is not a comfortable position. I regularly have pedicures and this is the first time I've experienced this.

Syston branch - Perfect as always!

Fantastic nails and brows as always and a first class service. Always made to feel welcome by everyone. My daughter also enjoyed having her toes painted and went out there way to make her feel special.
