After arriving into Leicester for the first time, I couldn’t have picked a warmer welcome. The staff are so lovely and made a great effort to converse with me and made myself as well as my best friend feel cared for and well looked after. I’ve been coming here one a month for quite a while now. My gels are always perfect. I think in the couple of years I’ve been coming here they have only chipped once. Friendly staff warm atmosphere fab place. Thank you for always making my nails looks perfect!!

Always cracking service for reasonable prices. All the beauticians are wonderful and easy to chat to. Really lovely group of ladies always so professional. Just need to invest in air conditioning and this place would be prefect

Emma is simply lovely, caring and fast.
I've never been comfortable with the bikini line waxing due to the intimate exposure but she made me feel secure and comfortable, while doing a fast job to spare me the pain.
Professional, knowledgeable, caring, she also did my pedicure a few weeks back and my toenails are still colourful and cute.
As a new customer and a rather picky one, I already visited them 4 times and I'm becoming a regular from now on.
Love the products, all staff is friendly and professional, not to mention the key location and affordable prices. I really can't fault them for anything, they deserve the best. ???

Emma did a Lash Lift and tint, plus a brow wax and tint for me. Great result, I'm so happy with my lashes and she even recommended a really great mascara too! My brows look perfect and I don't even need to add make up on them now. She checked in with me at each stage of the treatment to make sure I was happy and comfortable and even covered me with a blanket when I got a bit chilly! Already looking forward to my next treatment! :)

Been visiting the salon for a while and the girls are like family! Such a lovely and welcoming environment, even before covid, they maintained an exceptionally high level of cleanliness, I consistently feel safe and that I am in good hands. Always lovely and welcoming when you arrive relaxing and friendly wonderful manicures as always by the very skilled ladies. I have been going to the Beauty Box since they first opened and have had to go to other places whilst on holiday in an emergency but hated doing so as they damaged my nails where the beauty box is gentle and they take great care not to damage the nails.

Shannon is a magician with lashes, consistent in quality and service, results always come out exactly I want them to be, amazing!

Haven’t had my lashes done by Shannon for a while since having my daughter, but since going back she’s still the best at doing them. Got my infill booked for a couple of weeks to keep them maintained because they look beaut! Very professional and clean salon would recommend to friends&family.

Excellent and friendly service

I’ve been to the salon a few times now to have my nails done and as always the service was the best. I had a gel manicure and my eyebrows threaded and I’m so happy with the result! The therapist took her time and I didn’t feel rushed to chose a colour (I took a while to decide). This is the first time I’d had my eyebrows done at the salon but will definitely be going back. Sorry can’t remember name of therapist but I had brows and then lashes. My brows look amazing and the therapists were so lovely and professional. I had a bit of sensitive skin and they couldn’t do enough for me to help settle it back down after my brows. I love my brow shape. My lash extensions are amazing and the therapists kindly let me use the toilet twice! As they take a while. Will definitely be going back for infills as they look so good!

Recently had a PRO 60 Dermalogica facial from the lovely Emma! Emma was great as we discussed the issues with my skin before and she knew exactly what I needed for my skin. She told me what she was doing every step of the way and how it helps the skin. She also answered any questions that I had regarding my skin. In all it was a great experience, my skin felt amazing after and Emma made me feel so welcome and relaxed!!!!

This was my first pedicure experience and the stylist was really kind and gentle with my foot. She knew what she was doing and explained everything that was unclear to me when asked. I highly recommend this salon. Really lovely colleagues!
