I'm very pleased with my new hairstyle. Lucia my hairdresser was great, we talked about how I wanted the hair done and she made sure I was happy every step of the way. The salon was kept very clean and tidy. I enjoyed the experience as a first time customer.

Thank you so much Liza. It was my first visit, for a cut and colour, and I was really anxious as I had had a very bad experience at my usual salon. She was so kind and patient wuth me and I love both the colour and the cut, I'm back to me. The salon has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and I have booked my next 2 appointments. One of the girls even went and put a new carpark ticket in my car. I can't thank any of you enough.

Very relaxing facial for an hour. My face still feels so smooth and is glowing.
Never had my nails done before and they look fab and still looking perfect a week later.
The staff are all very friendly.

I booked a free 30 minute facial which was gifted to me by my mother in law. I booked an extra 30 minutes myself, making it a 1 hour treatment. It was a wonderful facial, by a very experienced lady. You could tell she put feeling into it and it was very enjoyable. The only issue I have is that it was 43 minutes long. I noticed the time from when it started and ended. I feel of 1 hour is specified, then you should get an hour, or close to it at least. I therefore feel I paid for 13 minutes and feel a bit out of pocket. Overall very relaxing but I would have preferred the hour that was paid for

Lilly is a brilliant stylist I've been having her cut my hair for about 5 years and she always foes an amazing job she is a very cheerful and likable person and takes a lot of care I would recommend her to anyone who wants a good stylist and I know they would be in very capable hands

Great service from start to finish

I haven’t had my hair professionally done for a very long time so I was quite nervous to go into a salon to have it seen by someone who knew what they were doing when it came to hair ? but Hayley was really kind and welcoming and put me straight at ease. I had no idea what I really wanted or needed and Hayley recommend everything I’d need. The girls got me in for a consultation the same day I rang and now I’m booked in as soon as next week! Very friendly and quick!
