Had a good experience at the salon, was offered a drink whilst having my hair cut and was constantly asked if I was happy with how my hair looked throughout the appointment. Overall good experience

Jess was great. Her customer service skills are fantastic as she would ask question throughout the session. She is very welcoming and followed the instructions that I gave her regarding the length I wanted my hair cutting to

As usual enjoyed my time at the salon and walked out with great hair.

Stacey was really good she really took care and made me feel really comfortable
But the price for a dry cut was so overpriced

What a wonderful service I received from this lovely hair stylist Amanda❤️ She put lots of efforts in. I am not from leceister but my aunt recommended this hair saloon. We really didn't wanted to wait as I just wanted my hair cut done straight away without long wait. I had to wait but it's worth waiting. She exactly knew what kind of hair I was looking for and she did fantastic job.

A change of stylist today but still received the same quality treatment with the same quality products, and excellent finish. Highly delighted, thank you. ❤️
