i had ombre last time and i was not sure to have that again so lucy said why dont you got a little darker on the roots and lighter the ends so i wend with that and ahe cut in in a blunt bob thankyou lucy i love it amamzing

As always a fantastic colour thanks to Sharon and love my cut and blow dry with Amanda. I just sit and relax while they work their magic, leave the salon feeling fantastic. Everything is in place to keep the clients and stylist covid safe so no problem on that front. For anyone nervous about going back to the city for appointments the salon is on the outskirts of Leicester and I'm sure you will be pleased with the results. 5star treatment. I was a little apprehensive about visiting the salon due to the virus but having done so I must say all guidelines were followed and every precaution was taken. Cleaning and sanitising was constantly going on, masks and visors were worn by staff. Everything was very well organised and safe and I felt very comfortable and at no risk whatsoever. I have been going to KH Hair Leicester for a number of years and will continue to do so. Kate is an excellent stylist and colour technician, she is very friendly and reassuring, a true professional. All the staff at KH Hair Leicester are extremely friendly and make you feel very welcome at this lovely salon. I am surprised at some reviews about the cost, the simple answer is to ask ‘how much’ when making your appointment, easy. Any of the staff are only too happy to give you a price. I would have no hesitation in recommending this truly professional and friendly salon and look forward to many more visits.

I am always looking forward to see Laura and Amanda to get my colour and haircut. Things are a bit different under COVID-19 but I feel welcome and safe, it is very professional environment with highly professional staff.

A quiet, delightful and safe experience. Lockdown hair transformed at the hands of a master. So very glad I came.

I couldn’t believe that I was charged £67.00 for a cut and blow dry, £72.00 with a treatment, £11.00 extra for a restyle because I hadn’t been for a while, but the salon has been closed! £2.00 extra for cleaning! Every business is having to take extra precautions, but they are not charging the customer.
If I had known the price before my appointment I wouldn’t have made the booking, I suppose this is my fault for not checking, but I have never previously checked.
It seems the company is trying to make up the profit for the time they were closed.

It was the second time in the salon, and as the first time I had an amazing experience and result with the haircut from Chloe! I will definitely go back soon!

I was a bit nervous about coming to the salon because it was only my second time out. Laura has been styling and colouring my hair for years and I have always been delighted with it. It was lovely to have my hair done in such a friendly and professional environment. I feel so much better

I went in and had a total transformation from long grey hair to full colour, foil Highlights an re-style.I thought this would cost me about £150 ish was not expecting bill of £192!!! My husband had to sub me the extra money to help me pay for it..If I had known it would have been that high in price I probably would not have had the Foil highlights of £60.00.
Done now but will definitely ask for prices before I visit next time

I felt Charlie listened to what I wanted, suggested how she could do an fitted me in where possible so I could have all the three items done to my hair from Full head of Colour, to foil highlights to restyled hair cut.. It looks amazing. So pleased with outcome

Great to get in and get a haircut after 30 weeks. Slight style change which I really like - Charlie advised. Salon felt spotlessly clean and clear procedures in place to ensure customers and KH Team are safe from any risk of catching ‘the plague’! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone who is concerned about Covid (as we all are) that you would feel safe in visiting KH Hair, Leicester.

I had a great experience, I was asked what I want doing and my stylist went with what I wanted. No pleasure put upon me on other treatment, etc.

It felt so strange seeing hairdressers in visors n customers having to put face masks on while being treated. But guess it was nice visiting a salon n being pampered. I love the end result - All my crap ends cut off, put some feathered layers back in and even did a fringe. Ofc not forgetting fresh colour to hide the greys lol!

Thanks Lucy & KH Hair Design for making me feel good. Just one moan, it cost me bit more (as prices risen) and found it strange that there was Covid surcharge ?

Firstly it was lovely to see Lucy again and had a catch up and a laugh as we always do also all precautions with screening was brilliant however when I got to front desk to pay I was expecting £38 but was charged £50 I didn't want to cause any embarrassment so I paid and asked for a price card which I checked when I got home I had been charged £12 extra for apperantly as all hair had grown longer more time would be spent on each client but as I'm growing mine in length only the ends were trimmed but what I found also was to help pay for PPE I know this is for our safety but at the company's expense not the clients I work as HCA and we don't ask the family of the clients we care for to pay for PPE our company supplies it all and I wasn't even told about it or even asked I was just told £50 please

I am so delighted to be back in the salon. My first visit since March, due to lockdown. Hair is looking great again, thanks to Stacey, Sharon and Amanda. Top team :-)

Very well organised .. you put your own gown on .. then it goes in laundry after .. spacious salon anyway so plenty of distancing .. all staff masks and face shields ... antibacterial gel on entry .. and as always a fabulous hairdresser .. see you in September !

Wonderful experience as always! It’s been a long time because of Covid19 but it was great to be back, to be pampered a little, to have Liz give an expert cut and style. More than anything it was amazing to be well styled from lockdown Yeti!

I walked in the salon for the first time in 6 months with the most awful hair do. I walked out feeling fantastic. Charlie managed to recreate my hair as though 6 months hadn't passed.

I was a little apprehensive prior to my appointment as first time in town since early March. However , Martin immediately put me at ease as did all staff. They were thoroughly cleaning in between each appointment plus all masks on: staff and clients alike. Pleased to finally have my hair done and extremely pleased with results. I am always happy with my hair appointments at Keith Hall but I was delighted this time ! My usual stylist is on maternity leave however Laura did an excellent job at taking 5 months growth back to my usual style and colour, it made my week ! I was aware that this needed to be done safely and had absolute confidence that this would be done well by KH which was confirmed by my experience.

Charlie is always welcoming and makes clients feel at ease. Full PPE was in place and the salon was a clean and safe environment.
Charlie is an expert in her field and as someone who is not comfortable going to the hairdressers, she is able to make it an enjoyable experience.

As always I was very pleased with Martin’s cut and I was pleased to be back. The salon felt well prepared and Covid safe. A pity the area has become uncomfortably unpleasant Regrettably, This together with the big price rise may affect my decision to continue coming to the salon.
