Always feel great after having my hair done by Amanda and Sharon!! Feel years younger!!

I walked into the salon feeling very unCristmassy but after a good hair wash and great cut and style, my festive feeling returned. Also realised that Charlie has been looking after me for 11 years now, long may it continue. The salon doesn't try to sell you something that you don't want, you get the cut and treatment that you ask for in a friendly environment. Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to Charlie and all the staff.

i don’t remmeber her name but she did a great job on my hair, i absolutely love it so much and loved the whole experience. i heard about KH by my friend that came here a whole back her names sitara.

Great service from initial phone call taken by Caroline through to hair styling by Jessica. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. Jessica took time to listen to what I wanted and checked with me throughout my cut to make sure I was happy at each stage. She also took time to offer advice on an ongoing scalp condition and suggested a product to help manage it. I was very pleased with my hair cut when it was finished & have alrwady booked another visit. Thank you Jessics!

Excellent cut. First time i have been at this salon and i was very pleased. Skye was really good at doing everything to get the cut right and make me me happy with the final look.

Stacey was brilliant as a stylist as well as extremely pleasant.as a person. She knew exactly want I wanted and was incredibly patient, taking time to talk through the implications of my restyle. Definitely going back.

My appointment with Kate yesterday produced another gorgeous hairdo, thank you. The colour, products used, and style are fabulous, I love it.

Loved my hair appointment this morning! Everyone was friendly as usual and the atmosphere very Christmassy complete with festive drinks and mince pies on hand and a wonderful pianist playing carols. It made my day!

Love the new hair. Kate was very friendly. Frequently ask questions to make sure we are going on the right direction and also very helpful on putting insights on what would suit best. I never felt that she just wants to gets things done and over with but otherwise I felt her sincere thought of achieving the agreed hairstyle. Thanks Kate.

The sun came out for me on this rainy day. Excellent care and attention from everyone and of course the perfect haircut.

Sharon and Stacey between them gave me the usual five star experience today. They listen, discuss and suggest, and then produce beautiful colour and stylish finish. With the salon as gleaming and welcoming as ever, and truly competitive prices, I won't go anywhere else.

I have been going to Chloe for many years now and I have full trust and confidence that she will look after my hair. Chloe leaves my hair feeling soft, fuller and I just feel amazing each time I leave. The service is great and everyone at the salon are lovely.

Laura is always very professional and takes the time to discuss my individual needs. Great colour and blow dry with a lovely relaxing head massage too. It’s always a lovely treat to visit the salon the staff are friendly and caring ?

I had the full kreatine hair treatment (not express) about three weeks ago. My Salon experience was great, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was good. However its been just over about 3 weeks from when I got it and it feels like nothing has changed with my hair. Ive had this treatment done from other salons three times in the past and usually lasts 4-5 months, my hair remains frizz free and the curls feel relaxed. Im not sure if the treatment they use is very mild but it honestly feels like it did before the treatment, my hair feels frizzy and course. I only was my hair once in a week and specifically only used the shampoo, conditioner and the separate £20 serum which was recommended from the salon as it is supposed to compliment the treatment. Of course its a really expensive treatment- I spent over £200. Being a student means I can only afford this treatment once in a year so its really a shame. In short the salon seems like a good place for a hair cut, colouring ect but not for this particular treatment.
