They put me at ease the moment I walked in. Took the time to ask me what I wanted.

I am happy with the cut and face frame. However I feel that I was tricked into up sales. I came for a face frame and trim and it cost me 101! I said I didn’t want a toner and decided to try a peachy wella toner when I arrived. Somehow this meant I agreed to wella plex and a wella colour. This was not explained to me and I was not expecting to pay that much. As I said the experience and hairdresser was lovely but I won’t be visiting again as I don’t like the sneaky approach.

Everything was lovely for my treat of the month today, thank you. But could I please request that I receive a treatment at my next appointment , and possibly subsequent appointments, which will smooth the cuticles of my hair. Darren always used to apply some sort of smoothing agent when he used to style my hair..

As always first class treatment from start to finish. Being warmly greeted at reception followed by a chat with Sharon, who is such an expert and so friendly, about my colour treatment. Laura is my regular stylist, again so friendly and professional, and as always I am very happy with my cut and finish. Everyone in the salon is so welcoming which is an important part of the experience.

Skye was very friendly & listened to what I wanted. She did a lovely cut .

Excellent service , friendly and helpful with decision making when choosing colours , styles etc. Great value for the price, walked out feeling 100% satisfied.

I had my colour done by Sharron and cut by Laura. I showed reference pictures and got exactly that, could not be any happier with the end result. Very pleasant experience overall, from accommodating an earlier appointment to the atmosphere in the salon!

AmaIng job from Sharon with colour advice as usual she is good but every time I come there is always issue with taps temperature control either it’s cold wash or hot plus this time my hair was not washed properly I did complain at the reception desk as I am regular customer and didn’t enjoy my hair wash experience I was so annoyed I didn’t even book my next appointment which I always book.

As always a fab haircut and great service.

My salon experience was wonderful, thank you. The staff were all helpful and amazing, and Kate did a superb job on my hair, the products used were excellent - leaving me with a glossy stylish hairdo anyone would be proud of.

Always a great experience!! Always look forward to having my hair done at the salon!! Everyone is so friendly, it is such a lovely, happy atmosphere and you feel included!!

I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted and with a lot of hesitation from a previous bad experience at a different salon. Jess was amazing and walked me through my consultation and the whole process a week later. She gave her advice and let me take my time in making decisions. It was a wonderful experience and I love my hair now.

Been seeing Laura for years, she’s very skilled and always has a great sense of humour which makes the experience even better. Even though I moved out of Leicester, I still travel in as she does such a good job!
