had a full head colour - darker at roots to fade to ends in a grey shade. my old colour had to be stripped out meaning i was at the salon for over 4hours during which i had a very pleasant experience, the staff couldn’t do enough for me, i was extremely happy with the result of my hair that was done by amelia.

I used the Georges hairdressers on Granby street for the first time and I wasn't left disappointed at all. From the moment you walk in to the building you are looked after really well! Prior to having my hair cut, coloured and styled I was able to have a consultation. This was really good, as I was able to discuss my options with the hairdresser who listened and gave her opinions. We both came to the agreement that because my hair was damaged and very fine I was going to have a bob to give it volume. I then spent the next week saying bye to my long hair! On the actual day I was greeted politely and looked after really well. The atmosphere in the hairdressers is really friendly. The girl who washed my hair was polite asking questions as she washed my hair. My hairdresser Amelia did a fantastic job of colouring, cutting and styling my hair. I was taken back by my hair cut because it was the shortest I had ever had it which was a good thing! The olour was amazing and Amelia really listened as I told her I wanted it wavy. I was given details about booking in my next appointment with them which I did because I'm going to.get £20 off when I next go in! I'm definitely going to make regular trips there! You wont be left disappointed!

Friendly staff good customer service but as soon as I walked in to the salon I was hit with a smell couldn’t work out what it was. I struggle to sit there with weird smell. Salon chairs not very comfortable and my back starts to hurt during my treatment. Salon could do with some refurbishment.

The best salon I have ever been too. Scarlett is my stylist and she always goes above and beyond with my hair. All the staff are so friendly joyful and a beautiful atmosphere. Definitely the only place I truly feel satisfied and comfortable.
