I always love my visits to George’s to see Beth. So much so, I have been coming for 18 years. Beth is a talented and highly skilled hairdresser who is not only fabulous at her job but is also lovely to talk to.
I had a wash, cut and blow dry by Becky and as always I was given first class treatment, great salon and great staff ?
As a regular of Sams I Always feel that she goes above and beyond for her clients.

Excellent service by ruby as always. However despite calling in the day before to understand the precautions being taken, I did have to reinforce them myself to limit contact with the wider team. The team are doing a really good job but I think more protection for the actual hairdressers is needed to protect them.
Georges are so accommodating, in every possible way. The experience is always a memorable one. I had a toner today, Jay made me feel very comfortable, and acted very professional. He talked me through the process, and made my hair journey very pleasant. I'm usually very anxious to go to salons, as I suffer my alopecia, which makes me feel very paranoid. The only negative, and please don't be offended, you forget to put shampoo around my hair line across the forehead, and sides. But other than that 10/10.
Another relaxing time at the hairdressers and most impressed to see that everything was wiped down when the station became vacant including the chairs well done everyone for being vigilant at this time

I had the best balayage ever today it was such an amazing experience! Vishali is such an angel, so funny, great to talk to you and amazing at what she does! Would recommend her endlessly! The staff were all so friendly and so accommodating.
Very happy with the service today and the stylist, Grace was very helpful and confident with the the information she gave me today to achieve my perfect hair.

As Anokhi’s mother , i would like to say that although i was happy with the result of the colour/ cut, i was disappointed that Anokhi’s appointment was at9:30 and finished at 5:30 pm !!! She hadnt had lunch , and fainted when she came home as she was very tired.
If someone had offered her to get a sandwitch or something , it wouldnt have been been so exhausting.
This was my first time using George’s hairdressing- I’m a uni student and I haven’t had the chance to find a good hairdresser’s yet, but now I have! The hairdressers is tucked away upstairs in town and is very professional and comfortable. I was offered tea on a lovely little tray and looked after well. Everyone made sure I was okay. I had my hair cut by Scarlett and we got on really well. She knew exactly what I was asking for my new hairstyle and it looks great. Keep up the hard work and i definitely aim to come back!

I have been a regular customer of George's for many years. The reason I come to the Grandby Street salon is because of the fantastic service I receive from Scarlet. She is very welcoming professional and does a brilliant job on my hair every time.
So I went in after two years of not having my hair cut and a lot of abuse through box dye and bleach, the whole place is beautiful cleanly and makes you feel welcome, I had Amelia do my hair and she’s done such an amazing job honestly so happy, really good value and will be back ?

I've been using this salon for 10 years. The service is consistent, the staff are friendly and easy to talk to. The store is clean and are up to date with the latest products and trends. Most important they take the time to listen to you, and cut your hair accordingly to how you want it. Im impressed with how they go the extra mile to present you with a beverage of your choice and serve this on a wooden board with some biscuits. Keep up the great work :)

The salon has amazing staff and service. I went for hair cut, i love my hair now and they recommended treatment for my hair, before my hair was dry now it looks more healthy and shiny. I recommend ruby for haircut she is amazing. Also the rest of the staff was lovely.

A great place, the students themselves are of a excellent standard.
The staff are really friendly. My stylist, Beth, is a superstar, she colours, cuts and styles my hair beautifully and I am really well looked after at the same time. It feels like a treat to myself not the necessity it is. The trainees are all great too but Megan usually looks after me very well. I love my visits to treat myself at George's!

Fantastic cut by Beckie! So pleased! Took a little while to be asked for about a drink and wasn't asked for a refill as I have been in previous visits. Also wasn't asked about a magazine or something whilst I waited. Dont recall really hearing the music either but can't complain though as everything else was great! Beckie even gave me £5 the product I bought which was so lovely and kind. I live in Nottingham but this is my go to salon and I will happily be back again!

Really enjoyed my hair cut experience. Scarlet creates nice hair styles spontaneously and is very attentive and careful at the same time. I have also been served by Vaishali in the past she is also very good and does creative styles spontaneously tailored to your needs.
