Gracie always does a great job with my hair. I don’t really want to make the review too good because it is hard enough to get an appointment with her as it is ? I guess that speaks for itself.
I always feel welcome and relaxed at Fox Hair Design Hinckley but I have to give a special mention to Abbie from Barwell who was helping out in Hinckley today. Thank you for the lovely head massage!!?♀️ With this, a latte, a good chat and fab haircut, what more could I ask for?!

Caroline as usual , transformed my frazzled locks and I had the most wonderful head massage I’ve ever had (normally I refuse them ) at the wash room , your young girl whose name I can’t remember that’s very remiss of me apologies , has a given gift .
Feel like I’ve had a real treat which made up for my awful up-do I had on the 27th July !!!

I've never particularly enjoyed having my hair done but Gracie and the whole team at Fox Hair Design are amazing. They make it an experience and they are so knowledgeable and fantastic. Gracie in particular is incredible, I trust her 100%, I've never coloured my hair before but she is always helpful, fun, kind and honest. I've never loved my hair more and I'm so excited she is doing my wedding hair for me!! Thankyou!!

I was so careful where I went to for my colour had looked so hard on Facebook and Instagram was willing to travel within 30 miles but gracies colour technique just blew me away and everytime iv been to her she’s done exactly what I wanted she’s amazing and such a nice person I wouldn’t let anyone else colour my hair she’s a genius

The salon had a really relaxed vibe, everybody was really friendly. Joseph was very thorough with the questions he asked about what I wanted doing with my hair, and my usual hair care routine. The end product is beautiful, I love the attention to detail and my hair feels amazing. Plus Joseph was lovely to talk to. I would definitely come back!

Can not fault mine and my daughters cuts at all, done to great standard. Only issue I have is for the price of a child’s cut and wash being over £20 The facilities lacked. No booster seat so was put up on towels but kept slipping down the seat when having hair washed and had to be moved onto the stylist stool when having cut again due to no booster seat. Could also do with a child’s gown.
Hi Laura, thank you for your feedback, without it we cannot improve. Sorry that a booster seat wasn't available when you and your daughter visited. The previous one had got a little tatty and had been thrown away. Ordering a replacement was an oversight on my part. I have ordered a new one, and a new child's gown.
