1st visit back after nearly 5 months, and it was a very welcoming experience, it was good to see Bronte and Helen (and see what colour Helen’s hair was ?) I was the only client, so it was a very safe environment, hand sanitizer at the door, and Bronte and Helen had visas and plastic aprons, there was Perspex between all of the sinks, I felt very safe, I had to wear a mask, but after a few minutes it felt ‘normal’ again.

Great to be back! I received a very warm and professional greeting from Helen. The salon was regularly sanitised and looked spotlessly clean, a very safe environment. Bronte as ever did an amazing job with my colour and hair cut, I felt like a new woman afterwards.

I have been a customer at Keith Hall’s for many years and am always struck by the professionalism of Helen and her team. Helen’s work in coaching her young trainees can be seen in the way they grow in confidence over time.

Fliss has been my stylist for many years now and it’s always such a joy to be seen by her. She is welcoming, professional and tames my difficult hair in ways no one else can. Despite the recent Covid difficulties, I found my salon experience at the weekend safe and well considered. Thank you Helen, Fliss and the team!

Great cut - again. Bronte is such a professional and I would always recommend her. She did a total restyle for me last year and has been brilliant every time.

Really lovely greeting when I arrived, Helen took time to chat with me and catch-up. I haven’t been in the salon since December but was made to feel like it had only been 5 minutes.
It was my first time having my hair done by Bronte and I was really pleased - I never really know what to have done and she offered recommendations. She finished the cut by curling my hair and I don’t think I’ve ever left a salon feeling quite so pleased with a hair cut. Next day, after washing and drying my hair still looks great, which I always think is the true sign of a good cut. I’m a very happy customer.

Great to be back in the salon, I have really missed my little pampering session. It was a bit different, given the circumstances, However the place is as Professional and friendly as ever. All the new procedures make you feel very safe. Fliss did an amazing job on my colour (she always does) and it was lovely to have a catch up with everyone. Thanks to Helen, Fliss and the Keith Hall team. As a loyal customer for many years, I’m so glad you’re open again!

A good experience as normal, they always make you feel welcome and no different with the new rules in place. Danni has coloured and cut my hair regularly for many years and always does a lovely job and is always smiley.

Great to be able to visit the hairdressers again, as usual Danni did a wonderful job.

I have been going to Keith Hal for years. The whole experience is excellent the staff are friendly and inviting and Fliss is the best of the best a fabulous hairdresser nothing to much trouble and a beautiful good natured person inside and out.

Very happy ?

First time back at the salon since lockdown and I couldn’t wait! Everything was explained beforehand and I felt completely safe and at ease, I hadn’t realised my hair had got so long, Bronte did an excellent job and I felt on top of the work when I left, it was a great tonic, thank you to all at KH Hinckley!

Can't fault Bronte. She rembered even after 20 weeks how my hair should have been (it was like a BUSH) only one slight criticism is, but because of this shutdown, think maybe timings of appointments were not the best. Must admit not very happy after shampoo had to wait 20mins while she was doing highlights on another client. I've marked one down on atmosphere, only because it's never going to be the same as before. Maybe I shouldn't compare but it was certainly different. Having said all that yes Bronte was great, so thank you. Would I go again, well next appointment already booked.
