There have been some changes at the salon to ensure we are all kept safe which is much appreciated, thanks Helen.. The service is 5 star as always. Thank you Danni for the fab cut & colour. I thoroughly enjoyed being pampered and look forward to my next visit

Can't fault Bronte. She rembered even after 20 weeks how my hair should have been (it was like a BUSH) only one slight criticism is, but because of this shutdown, think maybe timings of appointments were not the best. Must admit not very happy after shampoo had to wait 20mins while she was doing highlights on another client. I've marked one down on atmosphere, only because it's never going to be the same as before. Maybe I shouldn't compare but it was certainly different. Having said all that yes Bronte was great, so thank you. Would I go again, well next appointment already booked.

I was lucky to get in so quickly, Have to say it’s the beat hair cut I have had for years! Really pleased with the result.

It is lovely to be back at the salon following the lockdown. I was very impressed with the alterations to ensure everyone stayed safe and the hygiene methods to minimise the risk to staff and customers. First visit back after lockdown and the whole experience from start to finish was well thought out and professional. I was made to feel at ease and felt safe throughout my whole time there. Danni did an amazing job of my hair and I felt amazing when I left. Although a little different the staff made sure it didn’t stop me being relaxed. I think it is also important to mention the great communication I have received from Helen during the period the salon was shut, it meant I knew what to expect before my appointment

My experience first day back after lockdown was a good experience. Apart from wearing a mask in the salon, understandably, nothing made my visit to the salon any less enjoyable.

I’ve been going to this salon for a long time and I have always been very happy with the service. My mother also goes to this salon and I have recommended it to friends. All of the staff are welcoming and friendly and they have a good level of knowledge. I have had my hair cut and coloured by Fliss or Danni. They are both excellent.

I’ve been using this salon for around 20 years so that says a lot! It’s maintained a wonderful level of service and Danni is very talented. Would recommend to anyone.

Caitlin coloured my hair expertly and Fliss as ever styled my hair really well and and as I wanted it.

As always an excellent experience friendly happy staff , refreshments offered. Fliss is a credit to your salon , hard working knowledgeable, and brilliant at her job. Nothing not to like, always a positive experience.

Danni is a great stylist she's a lovely girl always friendly and cuts and styles my hair exactly as I ask her, I have been visiting Keith Hall for over 18 years and have no intention of going anywhere else.

Bronte is an excellent stylist and such a lovely person...I thoroughly enjoy our catch up every month!

I love KH, I am always treated like a princess, Holly gave me a fabulous head massage and Danni as always knows just how I like my hair and perfects it brilliantly another 5star visit

I am not normally comfortable in hair dressers but Caitlin puts you at ease straight away. You enter with lifes stresses and leave feeling relaxed and your hair looking fabulous. My hair has never looked as healthy as it does now thanks to the treatments received at KH.

Lizzie is completely awesome - she transformed my hair from a crazy mess to looking like a million dollars!!! So very talented and such a sweetie! I always enjoy my time in the salon as the staff are so very friendly and all really care about your experience. Very grateful!!
