Everyone very friendly great experience, it was a pleasure having my hair done by Caitlin.

I have been visiting KH Hair for over 20 years, which says it all! I always feel relaxed and pampered when I’m there and love the way Fliss colours, cuts and styles my hair. The whole team are professional and always ensure my visits are relaxed and special, which given the Covid procedures they now follow, is an amazing achievement. I always feel safe and confident when I’m there. Fliss and the team have provided me with lots of advice on how to care for my hair over the years and their products have really helped in ensuring that I achieve those salon results between my appointments. I would highly recommend a visit to KH Hair Hinckley.

Have confidence that the short style which grew out under lockdown can be altered to something more interesting for a change. This is my 2nd visit since lockdown and it’s definitely becoming the ‘new normal ‘ I felt very safe and after a few minutes it feels the same as it used to. You are just wearing a mask. Very friendly safe environment.

Really pleased with my hair i felt relaxed and I felt safe . My daughter had Caitlyn to cut her hair whilst I was with bronte she also was very good.

It was great, my daughter had Caitlyn and I had Dani at the same time. Everybody is so friendly and they always look after us both. Both came out really pleased with our hair, ready got the weekend.

I have been to salons where you don't meet your stylist until you have had your hair washed ...
The whole experience is very enjoyable with cheerful staff who never chat amongst themselves while cutting my hair (I absolutely hate that) ..

Fliss always gives an excellent cut and colour. I just have issue with the music. I couldn’t relax when the rap music was on. As a lot of your customers are middle aged/elderly and I’m not sure what they feel about it either. When normal pop came on I was much happier and more relaxed. I also think the prices have increased excessively. I expected some increase but not that much.

As ever Bronte has cut my hair perfectly. Always a lovely welcome and very pleasant start to my day.

It was the first time I have been to the salon on my own as normally my aunt or nan would bring me, but because they have total trust in the salon and stylist I did not need adults with me. Bronte was excellent and I love my hair. Thank you.

Once again so lovely to see Bronte and experience a bit of a pamper in these strange times. Salon is so safe but still as welcoming and you feel very safe from start to finish. Thanks KH for thinking of customers before anyone else.

I always feel totally spoilt when I visit KH Hair and it was no different following lockdown. So much work has gone into making everyone feel safe and the staff have to be praised for continuing their amazing work whilst wearing all the PPE. I love the way Fliss cuts and styles my hair and It’s like visiting an old friend, lots of chat and laughs...can’t wait until my next visit

The salon did a fantastic job in terms of keeping to social distancing measures and protecting themselves and customers.Never felt unsafe. Plus Bronte did a wonderful job. Would recommend.

I was so happy with my experience , as Helen was able to get me an appointment at late notice ! Catlin was lovely and my colour was exactly what I wanted , she made me feel at complete ease as this was my first time back in a salon since lockdown . Bronte then did me a lovely cut and blow dry ! First visit since lockdown and was feeling anxious. Salon is so well organised and I felt completely safe and looked after. Bronte made me feel like a new woman.

I think it was Caitlin, might have been Katie. I booked for a restyle but didn’t really get one.

I thought that if any salon was going to be thoroughly abreast of the guidelines for good practice it would be KH Hinckley and I was not disappointed. I felt under the present restrictions they were doing an excellent job.

Such a lovely, relaxed time having my hair done yesterday.
